“We’ve had a mixture of both good and bad experiences at Trellises. First, the apartments are beautiful. They’re modern, updated, and have nice curb appeal. Our struggles for the past year have been with the management staff and inconsistent communication. My recommendation to anyone considering moving to Trellises would be to be adamant about holding office staff accountable for communication. This past spring, we had a leak in our bathroom, after calling the emergency number, twice, with no response I had to email the office concerning the leak. Thankfully, I was able to get the water shut off myself. When I finally did get a call back, almost 12 hours later and rather than accepting accountability, I was told “the call may not have went through due to bad weather. Maintenance was waiting for you to call back.” The call may not have went through, and at the same time maintenance wanted me to call back? Unacceptable. Now that we have moved, we have waited almost two full weeks to be notified if we must pay an improper notice fee after going to the office and calling repeatedly to get a response of “we will call you/call back.” There is not enough space in this forum to discuss the stress from management with having to determine if there is a fee, no less. For a “luxury” apartment complex, the communication with office staff has been less than acceptable.”

“My Wife and I spent just over a year at Dream and absolutely loved it. Whitney was amazing from day 1, and made the move in/out experience so easy. Maintenance was always quick to respond if we needed them, and the units were beautiful. We had amazing neighbors, and it always felt safe. My wife loved the events they put on and she met some great friends. Wish we didn’t have to relocate, our time here was amazing!”

“My father, 89 years old is a Mason, was Master of his Masonic Lodge twice. He is a true example of what a man should be; honest, forthcoming, helpful to his fellow man. He lived here until 2 days ago for the past 11 years, moved in after my mother passed away (sold his huge SUV, camper and home to move here.) Rising prices have caused him to move out from the independent living apartments. The only thing replaced was the entrance floor. The carpet are the same as is the paint as was when he moved in. No appliances were replaced except the dishwasher. No painting was ever done. My father replaced the toilet himself, that he bought himself. My daughter and I cleaned this apartment today, here are the pictures. He made many friends while here, everyone knows his smiling face and his little dog, Baby, as he walked her around the grounds several times a day. Goodbye Masonic Home.”

“I have lived here for about a year and have lived at 2 other "luxury" apartment complexes around Louisville. Century Bellmont is by far the best one my family has lived at. They have had the same staff since I moved in which is always a good sign and it seems like they improve the experience every month. They constantly have fun events, contests and food trucks come to the complex for residents to take part in. I have also never had a maintenance request not been fixed either the day of or next day if it is submitted late. The amenities they provide are awesome they provide a clean pool, very nice gym, pet cleaning station, valet trash and a car wash port for residents. If you are looking for a new apartment complex Century Bellmont is the way to go. Thank you!”
