“I've been to 703 St. Anne's Rd apartment which belong to Thorwin Properties since July 2023. This is my first time to live in Winnipeg and I have to say it's an amazing experience to live in this apartment. From the first time I contacted Ana Di Stasio via email to every time the apartment manager Nadine Albright helped me solve apartment-related issues, I can feel that they are warm-hearted and professional. Even outside of working hours, Nadine still helps me through text messages. I want to say thank you! All the appliances are very new and well maintained. If there is a functional problem, they will promptly repair or replace it. The parking lot is under the building, it will be very convenient during rainy or snowy weather. I will recommend this apartment to all new comers, it makes you feel like in home.”
