“We stayed for one day at their lonavala Majestic villa, with 4 rooms. Absolutely clean rooms and baths with modern bath fittings. Huge Living room + 1bed room + kitchen at ground floor. All bedroom were quite large ranging from 150 sft to 200 sft. Great wifi connection. Beautiful kitchen with cooking stove, microwave, clean cutlery, etc. Quick checkin by staff. Property is close to highway. Couple of points to note. The cupboards had the smell of napthalene balls which spread around the whole room. We understand that these are used as a detterent for pests but before guests checkin you need to open these out and ventilate the room. A few sachets of coffee / tea would be helpful. I know that this was not explicitly mentioned on your website but in a modern vacation rental this is a given not to mention a huge inconvenience early in the morning. Side tables near bedrooms are extremely dated. A few plastic table on each side of the bed would be very helpful. A staff member has to show the primary guest around each room, this was not done. Bathroom geyser buttons has to be highlighted.”

“Ashok meadows is a beautifully designed and maintained society. Very well maintained atmosphere with lot of greenery and rare plants. The blocks are named after flowers like orchid, jasmine, nigella etcc Located in hinjewadi pune this society is near to Phase 2, Hinjawadi Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park which makes it more viable for most of the corporate employees. Has a lot of families as residents. Has play area, walk area, huge parking lot, lifts, swimming pools, recreation hall were small Ceremonies can be held. Has a small tuck shop for daily needs. Safe and secure environment. This society has also apartments which are been used as guests houses for newly recruited employees by offices. All the above comes with cost. Expensive rental cost and far from pune main city. Hope this review helps.”

Lots of complaints against this builder in MahaRERA and I have also filed complaints. I urge everyone having issues in any project of this builder to file complaint in MahaRERA for interest or construction issues. All 5 star reviews are from their own staff. Think 100 times before buying in Samrin Group projects.”

“Good place to host big events for party/ celebrations which can accommodate 2000 people in one hall which we had an event, there is one more hall in the premises. Venue is expensive but worth, they’ve huge hall with big stage, good lighting and good arrangements for sound system. Venue & washrooms are all clean but can be better. They also have big lawns and open space for parking.”

“The location was good n very serene. I found the rooms to be decent. The interior is well designed. However the bathroom wasn’t very clean. There were hair lying around the corner and the dental kit wasn’t sealed. Furthermore, I believe the toiletries could be improved with addition of shower cap, shampoo, conditioner and a shaving kit. Also after having experienced stays at multiple hotels and Lodgings like RA residence, I was very surprised when I was charged for extra water. Since we had limited time and tight schedule, I couldn’t bring the bathroom hygiene issues to the person in charge. I hope they are more careful next time with the new customers. I wouldn’t personally book a stay at RA Residence again.”
