“The furniture in our condo #1205 was a little dated & had stains in spots. The kitchen was updated and super nice, as well as the bedrooms. Great view of the beach from our balcony. Overall, it was a nice experience, but I would like for them to know that the cleaning crew needs to be checked behind for dusting, cleaning tables & etc.”

“I am absolutely in love with this apartment complex! Seth is truly an angel in disguise. I have never met a leasing agent more attentive to your needs and thorough. I immediately fell in love with the property the moment I stepped on the premises and knew I was home. The facilities are amazing, the views are impeccable, the staff is amazing and the location is superb. I have one of the most breathtaking views from my apartment overlooking the entire city of Birmingham. My floor is so quiet, I sometimes wonder if anyone lives on the floor with me. Everyone who lives here is super friendly. I’ve had so many random conversations sitting at the fire pit at the sky deck overlooking the city. My company is 100% remote, so some days I work from the gorgeous lobby, sitting pool side or from the sky deck. I can’t forget about the AMAZING fitness center with wrap around views of the city. Every time I work out, I always experience this moment of bliss feeling as if I’ve made it. I own an 8 bedroom 5 bathroom home, my initial intention was to simply rent here for weekends, but after one week living on the property I decided to rent my home and live here full time instead. I always feel super safe on the property and it is literally a 4 minute walk to Five Point South. I can’t forget about the FREE COFFEE the leasing office provides 🤩 My experience has been absolutely amazing, thank you for EVERYTHING SETH‼️🗣️ SETH NEEDS A RAISE 🫶🏾”

“We stayed a week in a three bedroom condo with 3.5 baths. Everything was up to date, two elevators run so there a was rarely a wait. Very clean lobby because the staff are constantly mopping and sweeping. The outdoor pool was warm-not super refreshing but that is expected in July on the gulf. Our condo had a modern, well equipped kitchen, a large balcony and plenty of living space for the 7 of us. Access to the beach is via a long boardwalk. You can rent chairs and an umbrella for a daily or weekly fee, or you can bring your own. On our last evening we had a medical emergency- neighbors in the condo were amazingly medically helpful while we waited for emergency responders. Thank you for the kindness and expertise you showed. The city of Orange Beach really needs to think about emergency infrastructure that can respond more effectively. They seemed overloaded and the roads become blocked easily. The responders who came to our condo were extremely professional and kind. Thank you.”

“I just moved in August 2023, in a 3bed apartment. The room are spacious, and well furnished as well. However, some of the furniture items were not cleaned when I moved in. Apart from that, the staffs are quiet helpful and room services were fast on the moving date. Overall, it has been a good experience so far and hope it will continue.”

“Estelle is the most beautiful apartment complex in Homewood! I looked far and wide and found few apartment communities that compare to the modern finishes, design, and price point of Estelle. The community staff are extremely responsive and are consistently making changes to the property to better the experience for tenants. As a transplant to the Birmingham area it’s been a blessing to love my apartment community, staff, and other community members. Picture is from the B3 layout. My apartment gets tons of natural light!”

“The condo serves its purpose which was basically just somewhere to sleep while visiting orange beach, but compared to the various other places I’ve stayed over the years here in Orange Beach this place just did not live up to expectations. The place had roaches in the kitchen area, one of the mattresses was busted. Giant dip on one side of the bed, they did replace the mattress for us after 4 days so we definitely appreciated that but that is something that tends to be done before renting it to someone. Also the fridge was leaking and the wifi was out during our stay.”

“ION has a LOT of problems, first of all the reviews on google are definitely faked, or the bad one’s deleted by Ion , checkout the reviews on yelp for a more accurate description. The staff is probably the only good part about Ion , it’s not their fault or their decision to decide what happens and when it happens however , the management is awful. On move in we noticed our stove was not working , we contacted them and it took almost 2 weeks to get our stove to work. The sink was not properly installed resulting in it collapsing, the drain pipe for the sink was not properly installed either , resulting in our sinks drain spewing water onto our floor. We were “guaranteed” a premium pool view , but did not receive one and still pay a monthly fee for it . Nothing had been deep cleaned either , hair still on the bathroom floor , staining , couches with crumbs still in the crevices, poor paint jobs. Seriously reconsider living elsewhere if you prefer to live in a clean environment. Do not let the several 5 star reviews fool you . They are most definitely fake. Anyone in their right mind would understand that after living here. Also if mobility is a concern for you , good luck, the elevators have not been working since November, they were actually operating with expired licenses, it’s now April. If safety is a concern, there are several gates around the apartment that stay open/ unlocked 24/7. There are no cameras in the garage. The cons of living at ion out way the pros by far.”

“Unlike most apartment complexes, the CVT office staff answered my phone calls. Chad & Zelda monitor the phone line very well . Zelda and Chad also monitor the emails. The CVT property manager also returns messages . This office staff appears well put together and each individual in the office is an asset . I instantly felt at home and ended my apartment search after meeting Zelda and Chad . I felt like my family and I would be in good hands . Chad is so professional. Zelda is a superior problem solver . And the property manager showed me compassion & understanding. My suggestions are keep doing what you're doing at CVT. Inside my apartment the walls are painted nicely and not with that cheap paint . The carpets are clean upon move in , bathrooms were clean and presentable . The closet in the master bedroom is a spacious walk-in. People in my unit are working professionals. There’s no noise , no loud music, no disturbances. The only thing I see are dog owners who allow their dogs to poop on the lawn and they don’t clean up the poop . It’s a gated community, but there are those who tailgate to get in the community. The ground keepers are courteous and helpful . Great location , near the interstate and near shopping centers. Overall I made the right choice .”
