“Don’t live here! You pay 1200 zl for administration fee (without water, electricity etc.). For this money they start mowing grass just near your window at 6 a.m. (In winter the same but with snow cleaning). At 3 a.m. just near your window starts noisy self-watering system. Comfort and sleep is not priority here at all. Also there’s no custom time rules for appartment repairs, so be ready to wake up at 6 a.m. because of drill noise. If smb turnes on music so all buildings can hear it - receptionist will tell you to solve it on your own. For 1200 zl (!!!)”

“You can say they have a monopoly on the Polish market, but in all honesty with today’s technology this company could do much better. Better visualizations, maybe an exterior customizable designer, or even a program to design the interior with. I got the project I liked and we will see what will come of it. I also heard their interior floor plans tend to have out of scale drawings of furniture to make it look spacier than it really is. Again something I will confirm myself. I don’t like that they won’t provide any digital assets like DWGs of the floor plans or cooperate with some interior design software to allow you to pull the plan directly into it. This along with the customer service rates them at a 3 for me. I expected a lot more from this place to be honest.”
