“I recently purchased a house from Sterling Homes Edmonton and had worst customer experience throughout the entire process. DO NOT BUY HOMES FROM THESE GUYS. My all windows are bad quality. Really cold in the house. When I submitted the service ticket for these issues construction supervisor came and blamed the weather. I posted pictures you can see. Even though its bad weather inside windows shouldn’t be any moisture or frosted. Very bad quality. Whenever you bring up any issues at home. They always say it’s not covered by under Alberta new home owners warranty. Do not fall these guys trap. Entire house has issues. I don’t recommend Sterling Homes for anyone.”
