“They disabled the AC late September and a heat wave hit not even 2-3 days after they disabled it. There’s no way they didn’t know the heat wave was coming when they disabled given the short 2-3 day period (although that’s what they’ll claim). My apartment has been between 29 and 31 degrees for the 4th day in a row now. I can’t sleep here anymore. I’ve been in the Orion building for 1.5 years and there has been some form of loud construction the entire time. Starting as early as 7am. Elevators constantly on service with nobody seeming able to use them. Don’t listen to anything Accora tells you. Speak to the residents if you want accurate descriptions of the experience.”
