“I live in the East Central. I am very displeased that maintenance has failed to fix the drainage situation at the entry gate for the 5 months i have been here. Every time it rains we are forced to walk through 3-4 inches of water to get to the elevator. If this gets repaired i’ll take this down.”

“I have had the greatest experience living at Edgewater Plantation! This is the most luxurious, straight-out-of-a-magazine looking apartment AND it was practically the cheapest option for me in all of Mount Pleasant! It's been 10 months since I moved-in in December 2017 and I couldn't be more happy. I'm a 30 minute drive from the beach, downtown, and my job - which are all in different directions. The office team is always friendly when I go to pick up a package; I recently adopted a kitten and they were so helpful getting me through all of the paperwork. Additionally, the maintenance staff is beyond amazing! I had a few bug issues when I fist moved-in and they immediately came to spray and install traps. I haven't had a problem since! They even noticed that my water heater needed some work and spent days making sure it was in perfect shape for me. The new refurbishments to the pool and office space look beautiful and I look forward to using the space for the rest of the season and next year. This is an overall great place to live in terms of location, budget, design, and hospitality!”
