“The staff has been responsive to emails and not unpleasant, however my neighbors have caused a ton of noise ever since I moved in over a year ago. It can be any hours of the day or night, the office has contacted them but my neighbors just confirmed their sound system isn’t by my wall. I’ve called security, it still doesn’t stop. If I say I can hear them clear as day, even making my wall shake some of the time (many times it has been past 10pm), I expect more to be done about it. If their speakers aren’t against my wall that shows you how much louder they’re being. I’m glad to be moving out of these apartments because noisy people can break their lease and barely have repercussions after multiple complaints. I’ve lived in many apartments and never dealt with such loud, rude neighbors.”

“The master shower still doesn't drain out right. The shower curtain rod is still coming out of the wall. The kitchen ceiling were the water was flooding out of and now has warped the ceiling and wall wasn't fixed. And two holes in the laundry closet and the hole behind my sofa where the plumbing or sheet rock people made wasn't fixed. And I really Don't feel like I should be responsible those holes or charged for them. I realize that you all are very busy with the repair work that is going on. And not being able to put a maintenance report in on the portal has been very difficult. Thank you for your time and consideration. Gayle Honeycutt”

“Terrible Management. Excessive Charges for valet trash. You can’t communicate with management about anything. No middle ground for residents. Maintenance is unresponsive. Takes at minimum 45 days before you are contacted about maintenance. Fire hazard charges for valet trash cans provided by office. So you could be charged an additional amount for fire hazard if your trash is outside after 9am. Valet is one of the major issues. The biggest issue is management. Disrespectful as can be. The Young lady’s at the front office. Courtney and Cassandra are awesome great service from them never a complaint about them at all. Overall not the community to live in for the price. Terrible surrounding areas. Very Slummy”
