“I lived there with my family for close to three and half years. It’s a top notch community. Awesome maintenance team and very proactive leasing office staff. The community has lot of amenities, all well maintained. It’s built at a prime location close to several shopping options. I didn’t come across any crime reported all through my time there. My family had an awesome time and my two kids made lot of of beautiful memories there something we will all cherish for the rest of our life. We would have continued living there if we didn’t have to move to a different state. We miss Avalon so much! Thank you for all the wonderful memories!”

“Do not live here water is always off no hot water you can hear everything through the walls pepole constantly slamming doors no one picks up after there pets. Rude management. They lie to you when u sign the lease saying it’s a great place to live that is a lie. Packages go missing all the time all they care about is money and frankly for the amount of money you pay it’s not worth it hall ways smell like mold. Awful place I regret it I will also be posting pictures as proof of their neglect they like to answer reviews saying what pepole are reviewing are allegation’s. That’s why I will be posting pictures as proof slumlords at its best. Place Is a mess no one does anything about it. Not worth 3k a month at all. All the 5 star reviews are fake for sure”
