3401 S Lamar Blvd, Austin, TX 78704, United States

“Your living choice is a vital part of life, a place you mark on the map. The space and how you fill it create your unique world. Here, I found all I needed and more – friendly staff who surprise with treats, a spacious garden for walks, and a refreshing poolside retreat on hot summer days. The aroma of grilling nearby turns it into a cozy picnic. If you treasure each day, the rooftop offers a stunning downtown Austin view. Embrace the present sun on the roof, for this moment is irreplaceable.”

The Park At Monterey Oaks

4701 Monterey Oaks Blvd, Austin, TX 78749, United States

“We've been living at The Part at Monterey Oaks for seven years now and we love our apartment. We started off in a one bedroom back in 2013 and upgraded to the largest two bed/two bath with an office in 2017. I've shopped around and this is the best bargain for size, location, and quality of life. Many of our friends have said, "your apartment is nicer than my house." The details are what make these apartments such a great place to live, the painted walls, coffered ceilings with crown molding, dark laminate floors, and wainscoting. I counted seven closets in our apartment! Our apartment is an end unit with a private patio and makes it feel house-like. Maintenance issues are taken care of immediately, the office staff is very accommodating, and the grounds are always clean. There is a mile long walking trail which includes a track. What has kept us in the apartment for so long is location, location, location. We've never found anything that matches the proximity of the grocery stores, whole foods, Costco, restaurants, and a quick commute to downtown.”

West Lake Vistas

7201 Ranch Rd 2222, Austin, TX 78730, United States

“The place is beautiful with awesome views. They are renovating and upgrading everything right now, and it will be even better. I have been here since 2020 and we have a great office manager and crew. They work hard to make your rental life good! I have had some issues and they were so helpful and nice. I have just renewed my lease once again for 15months.”

Listingspark

9050 N Capital of Texas Hwy, Austin, TX 78759, United States

“I flip houses and just used Listing Spark for the first time to sell a house I completed. I was nervous about the market but I received an offer after just three weeks which I was very happy about! I used the agent on demand service and my realtor was very friendly and responsive. One thing to note is that your realtor does not reach out to you until after you receive a formal offer. However they did still send me comparable sold listings to help me determine my list price and answered general questions. I did have to run my own open houses but they advertise it for you on the MLS. Overall everything went very smoothly and we closed on time. Highly recommend for anyone but especially for investors who are familiar with the selling process.”

Paseo At Bee Cave By Cortland

12531 State Hwy 71, Bee Cave, TX 78738, United States

“This is the worst place I've lived by far. There is garbage everywhere almost every day, garbage bags, animal waste, loose trash, people smoking, is horrible. Noisy is neighbors also a constant issue. The management is the most incompetent that I had to deal with. I escalated the problems to HQ but they don't care either. They are taking immigrants and place whole families in single units, they gather garbage by the hour, and making a mess the whole place. They don't respect the rules and management doesn't do anything about it. The whole situation is very shady. I'm just waiting the end of my lease to get the hell out of this pig sty. And on top of all of this is not a cheap place and you need to give them 60 days notice in advance if you don't want to renew the lease. BTW don't believe the 5 star fake reviews. Check out Yelp for more honest reviews. Google took down my previous review reporting the same thing, apparently the condo is paying Google to take down bad reviews and make up good ones.”

The Catherine

214 Barton Springs Rd, Austin, TX 78704, United States

“I don’t live here (yet) but I did take a tour this past weekend and just had to share how impressed I am! My husband and I were in town for the weekend touring apartments and when we drove by The Catherine we knew we had to add it to our list. I called and Jay the leasing consultant was able to accommodate a last minute tour with only 10 minutes notice. Even with the short notice and the fact that we aren’t moving until the summer (6 months from now), Jay spent quality time with us and treated us like we were renting tomorrow! If the service we were provided on our tour is anything like residents experience on a day to day basis I know it must be a wonderful experience! Not to mention the property is JAW DROPPING. I seriously can’t stop thinking about it days later. Beautiful views from the resident rooftop bar (WHAT??) and the most stunning and resort like pool we saw all weekend. Color me impressed! The amenities and logistics of this property were very much designed for convenience. From bracelet key fabs to get you in the elevator and your apartment to motion sensor lights in the closet and built in desks in the apartments, they truly thought of everything! It seems to me like you could only be so lucky to live at this amazing community and I’m hoping to be able to experience it myself this summer. Thank you!”

The Clark

1301 W 5th St, Austin, TX 78703, United States

“Don't be fooled by the 5 star reviews, The Clark pays its residents for positive reviews (you'll often see contests in the elevators for $1000 to write reviews). Let's start with the good: you're in a good location, walking distance to many things. Some of the floor plans are decent. The maintenance staff is very nice and likely overworked with all the things going wrong in the building. This is where the good things end. The bad: The train is AWFUL. Do not even entertain an apartment that faces the tracks. The leasing team will tell you it only runs a few times a day, but it runs at least 15 times a day, and runs all through the night. It blares the horn when passing and there is nothing being done by the building to make this a quiet zone. The apartments are cheaply made, with zero sound proofing. When the train passes or there is music ongoing outside, it sounds like it's in your apartment. Forget about working or sleeping with the train, it'll interrupt all your meetings and sleep on a consistent basis. Beware if you need to use the elevator, there are only 2 in the building and one is always reserved for moving. Leaving 1 elevator to serve over 200 apartments. The broken: The garage gate has been broken for months, they fixed it for about a week, and it is broken again. The door key app is currently broken, resulting in numerous residents being locked out of the building. The ugly: The lobby is regularly cleaned, but the rest of the building is forgotten about. The hallway floors are absolutely disgusting. They finally shampooed the hallway carpets for the first time this week, which cleaned up months (possibly years?) of old urine stains from animals in the building. The trash rooms are consistently overrun with trash and old furniture, and the elevators smell like stale beer with spills on the floor. Overall, The Clark could be good if the management company cared about making improvements. However, I don't see them making an effort any time in the future.”

14050 Summit Dr #113b, Austin, TX 78728, United States

“In the 10 years I’ve been licensed, I’ve worked for five different highly reputable agencies and while the bar tends to be low in this industry, Central Metro Really is definitely the best brokerage I’ve worked for. They’re a well oiled machine, efficient in their business practices and treat their agents with dignity and respect. Whether you are looking to be more autonomous as an agent or need more hands on training, there are multiple options to choose from based on what best suits your career stage and style. I actually love that there’s a freedom leaf in our logo, because at the end of the day that’s what real estate is about: freedom and autonomy. If you value autonomy and/or freedom- whether you’re an agent or a potential client- Central Metro attracts agents who have these same values which will benefit any transaction!”

5417 S MoPac Expy, Austin, TX 78749, United States

“Maintenance is great, amenities are pretty standard. However I had the worst year living here. To start, management is abysmal. They overhauled the entire staff overnight and replaced them with equally ignorant and incompetent folks. My unit needed to have the tub resurfaced a total of 4 times, in one year. Rather than replace the old tub entirely, they made me evacuate the premises (on my dime) for 48 hours each time. The package room is NEVER working and the key fob you are given doesn’t open anything. I was told during move in that my fob was faulty and would need to be replaced; every time I returned I was told that actually my fob was fine and their system was broken. It stayed “broken” the entire time I lived here. Location of the complex is quite nice, but I would not advise anyone to live here unless you wish to deal with the worst management I’ve ever dealt with any at apartment complex I’ve ever lived in.”

“I have nothing but praise for this property. DK Riata is just as wonderful as it was two years ago when we arrived. The new management company has been incredibly friendly, helpful and kind. Any request I have is handled promptly & cheerfully. I've also noticed some fresh landscaping and other repairs.”
