“DO NOT MOVE HERE!! PLEASE READ THE 1 STAR REVIEWS, as those are from the tenants that actually live here. If I could give this place a zero or less I gladly would. These apartments are definitely buying reviews to make it seem like tenants actually enjoy living here. If you are considering these apartments please walk around and talk to some of the tenants there and you will see that this is the last place you want to move to. The staff is absolutely useless, Bailey Aguirre the community manager as she calls herself, will write "nice" emails but absolutely do nothing to improve the living conditions here. You will have your packages stolen here as the mail room is constantly broken into, nothing is ever fixed, the breezeway's are absolutely disgusting, piles of garbage outside the compactor, the pool is always closed for maintenance, whenever something needs to get fixed they "fix" only to be broken again within weeks. Parking is horrendous here despite people constantly moving out. There is no emergency maintenance after hours and good luck getting them to reply back to you in a timely manner. This place is absolutely the works. Their idea of improving this place is by having food trucks stop by instead of improving the quality of life here. For the price you pay here you can find another place with better management, better buildings, and a better quality of life.”
