I love my apartment and the staff who are consistently responsive, kind and professional. I get frustrated with budgeting shortfalls and continual rent increases coming out of corporate - but our office and maintenance staff do everything they can to make this a good place to live given limitations over which they have no control. My sincere appreciation for what Meghan, Juan , Garfield, Angie and other local staff do to make this home.”

“I’m a current resident for the past year. This holiday season has been an absolute headache with no hopes of the issue being fixed. Within a two week span my family has had THREE packages stolen after it being left at the wrong building by flex deliveries. When I asked the management what can be done about it, I was essentially told to hope the person who picks up the package is nice enough to return it to the delivery room or to the clubhouse. I have picture evidence my packages are being left specifically at building 14, so someone from building 14 is stealing packages. For a community who is raising my rent $250 a month starting January, you think they would install security outside building doors. Renters beware.”
