“Easy application process and quick approval. Very helpful and friendly staff. The pool is super nice and the gym is definitely a plus. Great location in a safe area, it is gated as well. It is 5 minutes away from Walmart, Sam's Club, Target, and many other retail stores. 10/10!”

“I had lived here for 6 years. Previous 3 years was also a case and associates location. Last week of august, I get a notice they want to take possession of my apartment back. I was not behind in rent. When asking why, the only answer management woukd give us we are allowed too. Corporate and legal said the same. I was month to month for over a year so paying full market price plus the month to month fee. I was then told to stop taking it personal. How the hell do you not take it personal when you are told to get out with no reason. If they simply just didn’t like me, tell me that. I recommend avoiding case and associates. If they did this to me they can do it to you. For the record, Their maintenance guy Mitch was awesome as well as the one I forget his name but took care of the pool.”

Pmi Green Country

“I want to be be fair and honest with my review… First I will say Kelsi has been a pleasure to work with. She’s handled any issues I’ve had in a professional and compassionate manner. I’ve talked to Shawn a few times pertaining to work orders. Each time I get a vibe as if I’m a nuisance when talking to him. I’m the type to try to avoid submitting work orders as I work in property management and try to resolve issues on my own or allow the issue to go without resolution unless it’s something that needs immediate attention. Since moving into my house the pipes freeze every year. The owner of the house would send someone out to thaw the pipes in which I truly appreciate and respect. I work for one of the largest management companies in Tulsa and we send our emergency maintenance out to thaw pipes no matter what time as a precaution to prevent pipes from bursting as well as a courtesy to that tenant. However, since switching to PMI they have informed me that they will not send anyone and provided quite the opposite explanation. Additionally, Shawn laughed when I inquired about compensation towards rent due to the extreme inconvenience and that wouldn’t be happening due to Mother Nature. All of the plumbing is on one side of the house and the bathtub valve is not separated between hot and cold. Therefore, there is no way to drip the hot setting on the tub which sits on the exterior of the house that was built in 1930. I completely understand and can relate to dealing with frustrated tenants. However, every time I call and speak with Shawn directly I can hear the annoyance in his tone. Whether it’s about my ac not cooling appropriately in the summer or the frozen pipes he seems very unenthusiastic to speak with me when I truly do not call that often. There is currently filth backing up into the bathtub as I type this and there is little to zero care on rectifying the issue. Maybe I am getting the wrong impression but I am very disappointed to say the least. I will say they sent someone promptly to repair the heater which I due appreciate.”

“Don’t expect to get a security deposit back no matter how many hours you spend cleaning. “Professional Carpet Cleaning” if they even actually do it costs $150 for a single bedroom. $100 for common touch up painting spots. This place will nickel and dime you every chance they get. Normal wear and tear does not exist here. Also, for about 10 months of my lease, we had no on-site mailboxes because the kept getting broken into. Had to go to the post office and wait in a line that typically took about 45 minutes to get my mail. Mailboxes still aren’t fixed and it’s been close to a year. STAY AWAY! They don’t care about their residents.”

“I’ve only lived here for almost 3 months but the experience so far has been absolutely incredible! I had to put in some maintenance work orders on Christmas Day & maintenance was knocking on my door early the next morning. Such a sweet & pure hearted gentleman who even went out of his way to show & teach me some additional things regarding certain appliances. I couldn’t be happier living here!”
