There is so much turnover and transfers in out the management office this person you sign with wont be there when you resign. Yelp reviews are real they aren’t the only apartment in New Albany School District. Annual renewal expect to pay increase of +300. Requests and repairs are slow like 3 to 4 wks. The dog poop the familes of raccoon that attack your trash when concierge decides to skip your building. Its gross, please beware.”

Kailey, our leasing agent was very thorough in showing all the perks of being a resident of the complex, and answered all our questions. She was excellent...loved how nicely the units are maintained and how clean are all the areas of the complex. Hopefully we can find a place there to call mom's new home...”

“I wouldn’t recommend anyone apply here that comes from a minority background. We recently went through the application process and Clifton Park and the Morgan Properties made it obvious to us they did not want us in their community. They had had no reason to deny our application based on credit and background so they gave us the run around for the last three days claiming they needed more income verification after having ample documentation. They are constantly asking who is living in the apartment after being told multiple times it is only who is on the application. As nice as this community may seem please be aware they are not operating within the FAIR housing act. I’m a scarred from the interaction and want anyone with an ethnic background to avoid at all cost.”

“Wouldn’t recommend these apartments to anyone . “Luxury “ apartments but you can hear every single neighbor paper thin walls . Neighbors got robbed a week before we moved out. They don’t remove the snow almost fell a few times while pregnant living on the third floor. Make sure you read the lease too because apparently when you pay the lease “buy out” you’re still required to pay the remaining months left on the lease . Even though when signing the lease we were told only pay the lease buy out fee.. There’s also never parking if you get here after 9pm . Loud neighbors screaming late at night .. Maintenance request will take FOREVER you have to follow up and email . Moldy ceiling in the bathroom. They came in and painted over it. . And the list could go on so move any where else but here”
