From very first time I stepped in the office looking for a new apartment in Sarasota (I moved from Nashville, TN for work), Jamie (manager’s assistant) made me feel very welcomed. She showed me every apartment that was available and gave me a tour of the facility. Application process took less than 24hrs. It was amazing how fast everything was processed and approved, especially being out of state. From every little maintenance issue, everything gets done fast. Most importantly, my family loves the apartment, loves the area we are in. Which is great. Everything you need only 5-10 mins away! Stay away from these apartments they are scammers, I did all the process to rent there, and they said I was approved to live there, but at the last minute in my moving date, I got a call and someone told me I can't move there, because they needed more documents when I already sent all the documents, and they said I was approved and I payed for the first month, deposit, insurance and fpl, so why they make me pay if I wasn't approved according to them and why they called me at the last minute in my moving date when I had rented the moving truck all my stuff packed and ready to move, I had to rent a storage to save all my stuff, this office is a joke and I'm still waiting for my money back to my account it looks like they are going to steal it.”

“We have had nothing but issues living here and our buildings fire alarm doesn’t even work. Apparently it’s been going on for awhile and still isn’t resolved.HUGE SAFETY CONCERN!! You ask questions and no one in the office knows the answers. My water and sewer bill has gone up drastically in the last couple months, no one can give me an answer on that. Walls are paper thin. Appliances are falling apart. When we moved in the A/c didn’t work for 3 days. Valet trash doesn’t come until 1 o’clock in the morning. I’ve lived in 3 different states many apartments, some worse shape than these and had a better experience ! Only positive note is Jeremy in maintenance has always been here when I put in maintenance request and he’s been great. But other than that We cannot wait to get out of here.”

“Lived at Aria for 3 years and we are so glad we chose it to be the place to call home. Beautiful and modern apartments. Appliances are very modern and rooms are super spacious. Its a quiet neighborhood but its so easy to make friends. They do from time to time activities like bingo or cooking classes. It was there where I met my current friends. Feels like being at a resort to be here. So many clean amenities and a very peaceful place to live in.”
