“If I had the option to give less than one star, I would. The management of the property is incompetent. The service is incredibly slow, and there have been days without internet. I faced issues with the shuttle service, having to walk to the campus because the shuttle was unavailable due to maintenance, and the alternative shuttle had no space.Moreover, they had the nerve to suggest renewal for students, but I question the basis for such a proposition. My experience was extremely unpleasant, and I strongly advise against choosing this place for students. I am thoroughly dissatisfied.”

“Before submitting my rental application, I asked random renters walking around the complex how they liked living here - EVERYONE replied positively. So, I submitted my app. After two weeks of being settled, I can honestly say that I join them in the high accolades they gave. From the office staff to the custodial staff, everyone is so warm, welcoming and accommodating. They all strive to make the renters happy. The townhome is quiet, clean and comfortable. It has exceeded my expectations of a rental unit. While I was originally thinking this is a temporary stop for me, I may just decide to stay here longer. than planned. I would highly recommend renting here!”
