“I have my MCAT exam next weekend and I was hoping to be able to prepare to the best of my ability this weekend as I have no classes and no other obligations. Unfortunately the internet went out for my apartment yesterday evening and The Soto management was less than helpful with figuring it out. Went down to talk to them yesterday to which they told us that someone could be able to come today to fix it. Called again this morning and their best response was to tell me that someone will come on Monday to help check it out, leaving me and my roommates without any WiFi for the ENTIRE weekend. There was really no sincere apology or attempt to alleviate this massive inconvenience and it has extremely soured what had been a good experience in this apartment. Incredibly frustrating situation overall.”
