“Great bowling experience”

“Good point -close to sdsu, the apartment is quite spacious, they react really quickly to the repair request. The repairman visits my unit next day. The sushi place on the first floor of paseo place is really delicious with good price. The street is quiet. Bad point -What a party apartment. There isn’t any 24/7 manager so many units throw parties a lot. So noisy and they make common place dirty. But nobody gives warning to the party people. -They don’t reply to the email well. To international students, after they go back to their country, the easiest way to communicate is through email but they don’t reply to the email. -The people in subleasing office change their words really frequently. Also they don’t have any responsibility about their words. I wanted to end the contract between the period so I visited Paseo place on September but they said I don’t need to do it rn and come back at the end of October or November. But when I visited again on November, I was 8th place of waiting list and only 2 people got people who take over their contract. I’m still struggling with looking for person who wants to take over even though I came back to my country. (I don’t know how much they get paid but they should be more professional and work harder.) -The fee to end the contract is too expensive. It’s 950$. I’ve heard that other housing is much cheaper.”

“Apartment is located in a nice college town with a grocery store, restaurants, and shopping mall nearby. Never encountered any major issues with my room and my neighbors were all quiet and respectful. Has an indoor garage parking on a first come first serve basis and there was always a spot for me. Maintenance is very responsive and quick to address requests. Shoutouts to Fernando for being a great maintenance guy! He’s been awesome for addressing my maintenance request and being quick about it! 👍”

“I was forced to unexpectedly move on short notice, and everyone here was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. The rent is on the pricier side, but after living in a similarly priced complex very close to here, the difference is night and day. This place is worth every penny in my opinion (especially if you take advantage of all the amenities). The apartments and community are clean and secure, staff is friendly and hard working, and it's in a beautiful location, close to so much in San Diego.”

“My daughter is a student at SDSU and just finished her first year there. When first looking for an apartment we were worried we would not find a place but we were so fortunate to tour Iconic. Staff were friendly and professional answering all of our questions. After her first year there, we can share that my daughter really enjoyed her time there and we have renewed our lease for another year. When issues arouse, Brandon and Mignon were very responsive and helped my daughter address them. Ms. Gianna in the front desk has been very sweet and professional as well. Even when waiting on the managers I could hear her attending tenants over the phone with such cordial and profesional manner. Going back to the apartment complex, the study rooms were so helpful for my daughter during finals! Pool area was always clean and overall my daughter had a positive experience living there. We are looking forward for an even better experience this year.”
