“$275 ADMIN FEE TO MOVE IN. THEY DO NOT DISCLOSE THIS UNTIL YOU APPLY. SKETCHY AF. TREAD LIGHTLY. REVIEWS ARE FAKE. They tell you that you get $25 off the outrageous admin fee. So these 5 star reviews are to get the “discount.” I called and asked what the admin fee was for. They said “paperwork.” They also agreed to lower mine to $100 if that tells you how much they’re scamming you. Apartment was not fully finished when I toured as well. Nailed shut windows in the bedroom which is illegal even though it was in the market for several months. Unfinished outlets. Broken window glass. Trashed basement. Clearly they don’t vet their apartments well. Bye.”
