“I absolutely love our community here. It has 4 separate gate's for entry and exit, two swimming pools and hot tubs. Full 24/7 Access to a private and work out area .It’s very quaint and quiet here. We have fun activities where we get together and decorate Our patios ,balconies and front doors to build community togetherness as well the management office has a lot of fun activities that we can do. We have food trucks that come plus a lot more than I could say. The amenities are amazing. The apartments are quite spectacular with water sprinklers inside vaulted ceilings, Exquisite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The grounds are kept up Immaculately every day of the week Monday through Friday , We have our own maintenance team on site who are very knowledgeable, as well as valet trash. Which is very nice, but most the leasing office is very compassionate ,caring and Friendly. The management staff makes River Trail Apts a fun place to call a management office. It’s The best apartment homes that I have lived in in my eight years here in Washington and it is pet friendly. The community is amazing and what sets The atmosphere in the community is the people that work in the leasing office I really appreciate the management team here it is absolutely amazing place to call home.”

“My experience here has been nothing short of awful. 1. The construction noise above my place (2507) has been somewhere between unbearable and insanity. There was a flood on 26/27 and it came into my place. When I moved in I was told about that but then Greystar wanted to remodel the Penthouses without consulting any of us on the noise levels. The remodeled PHs will be wonderful for those people but those below you suffered for months. I am moving out early due to the construction noise and no concession was given to me. I was still forced to pay $6110 to break my lease. 2. My apartment was not cleaned when I moved in. The electric stove had not been cleaned, the fridge had not been cleaned, I had ramen and spaghetti noodles (dried) laying in my cupboards. I had some sort of sticky substance under and on all my counters. Dirt and dust in my living room and bathroom. It was disgusting. Now I'm having to pay $230 for cleaning so the next person after me can have a nice clean place. You're welcome! 3. People are constantly parking illegally in our garage and residents let them in. This creates a big issue if you have a larger car like I do. If you speak up about it, you will be ostracized as I was. I lived here in 2017 and it was an amazing place to live. Now it's horrific and I do mean that. I definitely will be seeking legal advice on having to pay 2 months rent, pro-rated rent and a cleaning fee when I was forced to live under such conditions.”

“I am coming on here to write this while actively living here because I am so confused and frustrated on what else we can do at this point. There is a major mold issue in our ceiling. We have had it checked out and verified its mold because our apartment complex’s maintenance man is rude and demeaning and was trying to convince us it was not mold so that they don’t have to deal with it. Currently they are supposed to be in our crawlspace checking it out but instead there are three of the maintenance workers in the trash area loudly talking and using foul language at their workplace. If you want to live somewhere that is safe and will keep you healthy DON’T move here. There is also a huge issue with homeless people on the property and property management does nothing to address this. If you’re looking for a grimy, moldy, overpriced apartment this is the place for you.”
