“Osprey Apartments is an incredible place to live. Not only is it by the South Waterfront, which is a wonderful place to walk and explore, but it is a nice place to live. When I first moved in, the staff was going through changes and I wasn't a fan. But a few months ago, they went through another shift and the new crew is fantastic: From Alex, the manager to Eleazer, one of the team, they are incredible to work with. There is only one downside to the apartments: While they are pretty much soundproof between neighboring apartments, they are unfortunately NOT soundproofed between apartments overhead. Since I moved in, I have had to deal with extremely heavy footed people stomping around on my head, sometimes early morning, sometimes late at night. And a couple times in the middle of the night. Even worse is the current upstairs neighbor who seems to throw fits occasionally and stomps hard and fast several times in a row. But the stomping is the only bad thing. The fitness center is well equipped and the location is fantastic. I highly suggest this place. If I decide to stay at the end of my contract, I'm hoping to switch to an apartment on the top floor. Then, it should be just about perfect.”
