The dog poop the familes of raccoon that attack your trash when concierge decides to skip your building. Its gross, please beware.”

So these 5 star reviews are to get the “discount.” I called and asked what the admin fee was for. They said “paperwork.” They also agreed to lower mine to $100 if that tells you how much they’re scamming you. Apartment was not fully finished when I toured as well. Nailed shut windows in the bedroom which is illegal even though it was in the market for several months. Unfinished outlets. Broken window glass. Trashed basement. Clearly they don’t vet their apartments well. Bye.”

“I wouldn’t recommend anyone apply here that comes from a minority background. We recently went through the application process and Clifton Park and the Morgan Properties made it obvious to us they did not want us in their community. They had had no reason to deny our application based on credit and background so they gave us the run around for the last three days claiming they needed more income verification after having ample documentation. They are constantly asking who is living in the apartment after being told multiple times it is only who is on the application. As nice as this community may seem please be aware they are not operating within the FAIR housing act. I’m a scarred from the interaction and want anyone with an ethnic background to avoid at all cost.”
