Erusta helped me load boxes up on move-in day, and gave me a tour of the property, even after the office had closed. The community is very dog-friendly which is wonderful if you have one. They have a round-the-clock maintenance team and management answers emails faster than you can think of something to complain about. I’m still a new resident so we’ll see how things go this year but so far this has been the easiest and most efficient move I’ve ever had. No complaints. “Miro Brickell is a great place to live. I lived there from January 2020 through March 2023. It's located only a few blocks from amazing restaurants and bars. The building it-self if always super clean and the amenities such as the gym and pool are never too full. Most of all, the staff genuinely cares for their residents. I especially want to thank Emma and Tania who always were welcoming and kind. They would go out of their way to give Rocco (my dog) a treat and were always super helpful in regards to any maintenance issues. I have to say that Identity is hands down the best housing option for FIU students, and I had so many happy memories at Identity that I will always cherish. I made so many friends here, and met my best friend (former roomate) here as well! I love the modern decor and the overall aesthetic of the building. Identity gives modern college student vibes for sure! Parking was convenient, and I used the pool and study rooms a lot. All of the amenities at Identity were great, and my apartment was so homey and comfortable. The staff are also professional and very nice. That being said, I did wish that I had more freedom to choose my housing floor/unit/roommates. Thank you Identity for the memories!”

“Worst apartment I've ever had. Appliances are absolute garbage, maintenance came to replace my washer while I was traveling for work, found my apartment had been left open (with garage door wide open) for a week. Walls are paper thin, you will be hearing your neighbors' conversations, music, and other activities. Several units with multiple families and many vehicles make parking for those without a garage very difficult. Guest parking is non-existent. My neighbor consistently parks in the middle of the street, making it nearly impossible to leave my own driveway. I've contacted the complex about this four times now, still no response. Drive around the complex and you will see the perimeter of cars encircling the neighborhood on neighboring grass, that's because they could not find parking in the neighborhood. Don't be fooled by the nice clubhouse, it's only available during business hours while while most people are at work. Don't be fooled by the nice pool, usually it's closed. My Air conditioning is mounted in such a way that there is never a tight fit with the filter, so basically completely ineffective at filtering anything. Seriously considering breaking my lease and finding somewhere else. Save yourself the aggravation folks.”

“I’ve been a resident of Pearl Dadeland since March and even though I’m satisfied with the location and some of its amenities, I unfortunately have more complaints that I’d like to: The main elevator from the most crowded tower in the community has issues or is out of service week in and week out. It’d get “fixed” for a couple days and go back out of service for several more. It’s almost part of the community’s daily routine at this point… Some gym and grill equipment has been broken since the day I moved in and nothing has been done about it. The left side of the Hercules machine inside the gym, for example, is totally broken and at least 2 out of 5 grills are indefinitely out of service. Lastly but more importantly, I was told someone drove into the parking lot gate and “tore it down”. It’s been over 2 weeks of absolutely no control of who drives into the community or leaves their vehicles overnight. Moreover, the gates connecting the apartments with the parking area are never locked. Meaning anyone can drive up to any floor and freely walk into the residency area. All these issues have been PERSONALLY notified to the management team whose response has always been inconsiderate and unprofessional. Last time I spoke to them I was referred to a manager that wasn’t present. Since then, I’ve been trying to call in order to set up an appointment with him/her and haven’t been able to even reach the office. Really eager to discuss how is this possible in a “luxury building”…”

“My family and I lived in Forestplace apartments for 4 months before the situation with the pipe burst occurred. I want to start by saying Natalie is the sweetest human I could have ever met while living there. She’s loving, caring, and compassionate with the residents. Her face was always so welcoming and warm to see at the front desk. I pray that she elevates in her role and she’s taken to places she wouldn’t even imagine. Thank you for always making my family feel so welcome and accepted. you will be greatly missed. Although more could and should be said, I would rather focus on the positive side of my experience here. The residents were sweet and helpful, and everyone always said good morning while passing the halls. The are little roaches in the apartment but it seems to be more when pest control comes, quiet area ,floods a lot when rains so be mindful where your vehicle is parked during those days, but more importantly it’s nearby everything in the area. Natalie, thank you again for everything 💕”
