“It's more than a year that I am living in eaves apartment. We have a very beautiful community. I love spending time at the pool or hot tub or on the tennis court. The maintenance people are simply incredible and always do a great job. The only concern I have is that our buildings are not safe & secure. There is no security on site 24/7. They only show up at night and just sit in the office. Anyone can come to the buildings and use the pool, hot tub and park their cars in the parking lot and no one from office will notice it. 2 of My packages were stolen and when I asked help from the office, they advised to file a complaint with the law enforcement. I think office and its management need improvement.”

Secondly I love the staff that toured me around her name is Gretel. I wish she showed me this place a year ago I would’ve moved in already. I had Gretel as a tour guide showing me around a couple days ago and wow she’s really amazing and welcoming makes me want to move in even sooner. I’ve gotten shown a lot of places with people but Gretel is the most welcoming person thus far. Her personality is amazing and she is very professional. I love it and this place . Amazing apartment building . I even gotten a Hot chocolate from here which is very nice and really good. Better then the stores”

“My experience with Kurve has been nothing but absolutely fantastic! Their staff is professional, attentive and responsive — they actually pick up phone calls and reply to emails when you have questions! I originally looked at Kurve in August when my friend and I were looking for 2BR2BA units to move to for October, but due to a sudden family emergency and my mom passing, I ended up having to delay my move to January. After being screwed by 2 different apartment complexes and management companies in LA (the units I signed for ended up not being available for my anticipated move date — The Vermont and Skye at Bunker Hill), I decided to take a look at Kurve again for a 1BR1BA. During both times at Kurve, Jonathan Tantype was the leasing agent helping me and he’s been amazing to work with! He’s responsive, helpful and very professional — he’s also always well dressed. I’ve honestly had the best experience with him out of all the apartments and leasing staff I’ve interacted with over the last few months — and I’ve looked at 23 apartments between KTown and DTLA (I’m picky and looked at 138 houses when I bought my home in Minneapolis). I wholeheartedly recommend taking a look at Kurve if it’s within your budget and to work with Jonathan! I’d caution and stay clear from The Vermont down the street — their staff is incompetent and non-responsive to emails and rarely pickup the phone; and Skye at Bunker Hill — you end up playing constant phone tag with their staff because their phone number always goes to voicemail and they don’t have any property management onsite at the location.”

“I would avoid living here if you can, unless you really need to for some reason. Just a mediocre building with a lot of downsides. Location is bad. There's nothing really around here (on the plus side, that means its usually quiet, unless you live in an apartment facing the freeway). Appliances are cheap. AC doesn't work half the time, for example. Maintenance people are helpful and usually super quick, but I find myself needing to call them far too often due to the issues that arise with the appliances (usually because they're cheap). Fire alarms go off on average once every two weeks, sometimes for 30+ minutes and are extremely loud and annoying. Looking at other reviews, it's been happening for years. I don't really understand how they can't fix this. Elevators are extremely slow and broken half the time; if you live on higher floors and/or can't walk up stairs for some reason, this apartment is probably unlivable. It smells like weed in the hallways and the smell of cigarettes often comes through the windows even though its a no smoking building. I saw the bad reviews and still chose to live here. If I had the choice again, I'd live elsewhere.”

“Luxurious apartments with corrupt management. Stay away from this place! I wish I can give zero stars.They are not trustworthy whatsoever. They will find every way to exploit you and dismiss their responsibilities as landlords. There are several incidents of car vandalisms and thefts that regularly occur in the parking garage and the management not only fails to provide adequate security in the parking spaces that they charge us so much money for, but then claims no accountability for it. They run away from all liabilities. I moved out from one unit to another, and within 2 weeks I noticed a bed bug infestation in the new unit. I immediately notified them and had the unit fumigated. I later received an $800 bill and was told that I am responsible for this pest control fee when it clearly states on the lease and California law that they are liable for it, especially when I just moved in. When I tried confronting the office manager, he kept telling me that he would look into it and get back to me, or would just completely avoid me. It was never taken care of and I was forced to pay this unjust charge! Not to mention that didn’t return my deposit. This place is full of crooks and it was an overall horrible experience that I regret being involved in.”
