“Had fun but the attitude of staff left us with a bad impression. Our 10 year old son asked for a size 6 ball as the 8 was too heavy for him and the man put him down and told him it was for toddlers, the girl staff member then got him a smaller size from out back as they didn’t offer this size without asking. During the second game one of our party tried the “kids” size 10 ball as her wrist was hurting after having broken it last year. After 1 shot she was instantly told to not use it as it was for kids only. However we noticed other adults using it, including a staff member (or someone known by staff) without incident. If we were spoken to nicely it wouldn’t have been an issue but we left feeling belittled and ridiculed. I am a prominant professional and this is the worst service I’ve had in years”

“Price is cheap but the cost of parking more than offsets this. Majority of the gym is not air-conditioned and gets extremely hot during the summer. Dumbbells on 2/3 levels only go up to 35Kg which is alright for beginners but is limiting for experienced gym-goers. Also, there is always at least one machine broken in the gym at all times.”

“For the past two years, we have been using this centre. We had have an absolutely fantastic experience at the Sydney Olympic Park Tennis Centre! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making our visit truly enjoyable. The facilities are top-notch, with well-maintained courts that provided an exceptional playing surface. I was truly impressed by their dedication to providing a world-class tennis experience. Not only does the Sydney Olympic Park Tennis Centre excel in its facilities and staff, but it also offers a wide range of great programs that cater to players of all skill levels. Whether you're a beginner looking to learn the basics or an advanced player aiming to refine your technique, they have programs tailored to your needs. If there's one thing I wished for, it's that the government would provide more support to this tennis center. With their already outstanding offerings, I can only imagine the incredible new courses and improvements they could bring to the community with additional resources. Sydney deserves to have such a remarkable institution flourish even further. Thank you SOPTC”

“i have been coming here since i was a kid, now i am bringing my kids here, the staff are never the best but today topped it. After having 2 little trouble makers cause trouble around my kids with bombing, i told them to move on and stop bombing near my 6 and 4 year old. they went and told the staff i was chasing them around the pool and trying to get them (yeah cause im gonna leave my kids to drown for these disrespectful kids) got approached by the security who was right in my face and trying to act intimidating in front of my kids. luckily he had half a brain when i told him to get out of my face other wise it wont end well for him. then i had the duty manager approach me, with about 5 woman behind him pointing fingers at me like i was some criminal. i told him to know the full story before he speaks or attempts to kick me out. as i was explaining what the story is, a group of kids approached us and confirmed that the 2 initial boys where doing what i said and there was no chasing around. we ended up leaving any way due to the anger i had towards this situation and had my kids with me. the pools staff and security should be ashamed of them self's. ill never come back there again, and ill make sure none of my friends or family do either.”

Kids had the obligatory "Nuggets and Chips" which came with a drink and serve of ice cream for dessert- always a winner! Fingers crossed this place doesn't renovate or update..it's perfect as is.”

“Pool itself is good. They do cut the 50m lane down to 25m whenever im there. The toilets are the biggest issue. They smell worse than some of the public bathrooms I’ve been in. The shower stalls are partially broken and don’t look like they have been cleaned regularly.”

“If you'd like to put up with refs who have no idea and are biased and welcome players who are abusive, racist, and play downright dirty - then you've come to the right place! I've played here in a Tuesday night soccer competition for about three months now and not once piped up about anything, despite losing most of the games! Goes without saying... because we're all there to have fun! And recently I have had to deal with this ref who had no idea about rules, or bringing order to the game, and being fair for both teams. In fact it was such a double-standard that one of the opposition players was just smirking the whole time, admitting that it was unfair. Number 3 from a team called "All In" (shaved hair) makes racist and abusive remarks every week about players there, especially when he sees a guy with a beard or a dark complexion. (I've been told by numerous players, this). Like, we're in the year 2023 guys, what are we doing here? Seriously? He gets away with it every time while some of us cop calls against us by the refs. Won't be going back, recommending it to any friends, or even spectating there for any reason. Such a shame, but I guess favouritism is too easy for some people to resort to.”
