“Absolutely top-notch staff, well maintained course, and a challenging layout that requires precision from the tees. I really enjoyed the front nine with two guys the staff paired me with a little ahead of my tee time so I wasn't a single on a busy day. Played the front in 2hrs 5 minutes. The sole negative experience I had while playing there though was the pace of play on the back. Once I got to the 11th hole it was an absolute parking lot, and since the two gentlemen I was paired with quit after the front nine, I was a single. Nobody even remotely considered letting me go through, the pace of play was glacially slow, and so I was only able to play holes10through 15 in ~2 hours. I would come back for sure, but I would also call the pro shop to get a handle on how congested the course is before booking. Last thing, their Pro Shop has a fantastic selection of shirts and accessories that will surprise you.”

“The little town of Berne offers many hidden gems. This is one of them. A little bowling alley tucked off the side of the road. We went strictly to eat, as most who visit do. The menu offers a little something for everyone. Being a bit skeptical our group took the Hoosier safety route, 3 tenderloins, 1 pepper jack cheese burger, tots, fries and breaded cauliflower. Everything was cooked perfectly. Our waiter was super friendly and accommodating. There's no bells and whistles here but that doesn't take anything away. Definitely worth stopping in while your in town. FYI, everything's closed on Mondays except the bowling alley lol.”
