I enjoy coming to this park from time to time to either go walk, jog, sit at one of the many benches the park provides and enjoy eating lunch or simply read a book under one of the beautiful trees. The park is close to Downtown Covina.The new playground looks fantastic. It is dog friendly, there is plenty of parking space. I do think the restrooms need improvement. I will like to see the city renovate the women's restroom in the future, they definitely need to be upgraded.There are some homeless people that hang around the park but they don' t bother anybody, other than that I enjoy coming to this park.”

“We did not stay at the Hyatt. This is strictly based on golf. I grew up down the road from the famous Plantation Golf Course, in Kapalua, Maui. It is our 14th wedding anniversary, and my Husband wanted to take me to a golf course as beautiful as the ones back home in Hawaii. The Aviara golf course did not disappoint!!! We move every one to two years, due to work. So we have been very fortunate to play at many golf courses over the years. This one instantly became one of our top favorites!!! My Husband likes to be challenged, so he especially enjoyed playing here! He is NOT easily impressed, but even he kept saying how well maintained the course was. It truly is gorgeous. Absolutely tranquil. Facilities equally lovely. The staff at the pro-shop were so attentive and friendly. Made us feel very welcome… although we were not guests of the hotel. They even made up a special sign that stated our anniversary on it, which made my eyes water! The Starter was equally as nice and professional. He congratulated us on our special occasion. Our interaction with all the staff started our afternoon off with such a positive note, and those vibes carried us through our entire game!!! We already look forward to our next visit. To the ENTIRE staff at the Aviara Golf Club… even the ones we never met… which includes grounds keepers: “Mahalo nui loa… a hui ho… malama pono… the Padillas” 😊🤙🏼😎🤙🏽”

“Maybe it was just bad timing but the park is just average. The walking track was under construction, and we used the smaller path to get some exercise. Not much to see around here besides the view of the stadium. There were a lot of kids around doing sports and such, so it was nice to see. Plenty of friendly cats too!”

“What a beautiful course. Absolutely great for me (a novice, at best!). My reasoning for the 3 stars is for the bar service; and lack of beverage cart out on the course! Came for New Year’s Day and the bar was slammed with non-golfers. Took 25 min just to get hot dogs and beers before back nine. Our cart battery died on 18 too; it happens. Again, loved the course though…”

“I really like coming to this pool for my kids lessons. They offer free and low cost classes and are open year round. Staff is nice and the pool is large and open year round. Unfortunately, the parking is small and there are a lot of homeless coming in to shower. There are signs stating no nudity, meaning you have to shower in your swim suit. People don't follow this rule, specifically on the men's side. My boys have told me that there are naked old men walking around. My husband confirmed this and has even confronted these men and pointed at the signs. Staff has been made aware but they don't enforce their no nudity rule. Also you have to walk through the locker rooms in order to get in. Wish there was an option to go around.”

This course though is a nice little 9-er in the middle of the city. Beautiful view. Beautiful greens. Awesome. Hole 8 is a doozy.”

The package I picked came with 3 entries, a side and unlimited soda. The kids absolutely loved it. “An impressive golf course in my city that is worthy of a site for a PGA tournament. The setting is fantastic with a great view of Lake Merced all around. The practice fields are always filled with golfers perfecting their swing on any given weekend even one that steady rain has just fallen. There is lots of free parking too. The Cypress Grill overlooking the 18th tee is a good food option following a round of golf.”

They have couple of par 4's, mostly are par 3's. Makes it rightfully challenging for amateur golfers. They have 19th hole bar, very nice! They have finger food and burgers. They have two level driving range and good parking. They also offer group or private coaching.”

“This is a place for golf lovers and has plenty of bays to hold your special event. These are my impressions: The good: Plenty of parking lot spaces. Restrooms are well taken care of, and staff is friendly and courteous. The bad: Reception was lost when I approached them and asked directions to my event. This looks bad for them and makes them look unorganized. Poor customer service. The ugly: The food has a terrible quality and taste. They offer flower tortillas, which have a plastic consistency. I will choose Carl's Jr. any day of the week over the food. One of my co-workers mentioned that the piece of chicken she had looked as if someone took a bite out of it and put it back. Visit at your own risk.”
