“I saw Brad for my knee issues, which were inhibiting my ability to run which is something I am passionate about. Brad was thorough, took time (ordered a few tests) to understand my issues and my long term fitness goals, and created a plan to get me back on track for running. What I appreciate most about Brad is his ability to tailor exercises based on my situation and long term goals and using data to see how I am going. Some of the running technique changes that he prescribed made my running ability significantly better. I have seen huge improvements thanks to Brad's program.”

If you are changing your service model you should at least try to communicate that to those who have been good customers. I do not recommend this business as they will cancel you without any correspondence. (would not even respond to an email) I would find a reliable service and one who communicates with you. “Cannot recommend Reload enough! I was lucky enough to get Sam as my physio who has been consistent, professional and attentive every single session. Sam was able to give me the tools to get on with my life after consistent back pain for many years. I felt I did not have the understanding of pain, nor the knowledge of the required exercises, that would allow me to be pain-free. Sam was also very respectful and friendly - highly recommend!”

“Some staff really needs training on handling patients. Misinformation. The nurses department is amazing eg Caroline. Thank you for being so kind.As for Dr Gayer Nalini’s conduct to patients I don’t know how she manages to complete her daily tasks.Her choice of words to patients are appalling and shocking.I would recommend a different gynaecologist or surgeon other than herself. I just read previous reviews on rate MDs and they are terrible. Adora please reconsider her position at the clinic and replace her. She is stern and very negative towards patients. She should look for another specialisation if she is finding it difficult to complete her tasks.”
