I will say I wish some of the patients were more patient and considered the fact that are other patients shopping and have their needs to be served as well, not wait 3 minutes and comment negatively about the service , you have to wait every where in life and consider the fact that there are other patients being served that have needs, I had a patient wait 3 minutes and say something negative about the service when we had two budtenders and two patients being served . I wish people would stop looking for reasons to write a negative review.”

“Facility was very attractive when I came in nice security, I was greeted by two different women that helped me right away. Even when I didn’t have an appointment, they explained a lot of important information to me about how my mother-in-law could qualify, or may not qualify for treatment and or a big help. As it stands, my mother-in-law will be on chemotherapy and therefore will not qualify for the facility, but I would be more than happy to tell people about my experience, and I would’ve thought she would’ve gotten great care there, and maybe after she finishes chemo, I will return and revisit that idea”

Two staff members were in the room and they had just gotten off their shift. It’s too bad that common courtesy is not respected at this facility - for everyone! “Just started using this facility for rehab of my left knee. What I like about this place is that the therapists only see two people at a time. I have been to other places in the past where one therapist had to help three or four people at a time and didn't have much time for one-on-one care before going on to the next person. Everyone seems to know their job really well and they take great care of you. They give lots of encouragement as you make progress. I really am pleased with all of the staff. Getting appointments that worked for my schedule was pretty easy. Highly recommend.”

“Amazing hospital for children. A wonderful Shriner led us through the hospital on a very informative tour. This is a child friendly environment beautifully decorated with murals of fish and sea life. We were able to see into the lab/workshops where the children's wheel chairs and prosthetics were custom made. Displayed on a wall was an absolutely incredible 24,000 piece puzzle made by a quadriplegic.”

“When I came in today my loved one was wet. His aid was quick to get him cleaned up. I we very grateful, although not everything has been so smooth. The first day I had to ask four times to have the bathroom cleaned . That took at least eight hours. The recliner in his room is broken . This is the third day , we were told again that a work order was requested. I hope so, he really misses his recliner at home. I am very aware that the staff is busy and they can't be everywhere. I am grateful for the kindness that has been extended. This is a new experience for us and we are just trying to make the best of a hard situation”

“I had a great experience at FHE from detox to PHP. My therapist, Lisa, was amazing. I felt like the staff truly cared and understood how difficult of a time rehab can be for a person. The food was great, the rooms and facility were clean and comfortable, and I felt safe to heal. Unfortunately, the only issue I had was with Scott Gallo, one of the program directors. There was an error in which he called me to his office to address. I had no problem speaking with him to clear it up, but he talked down to me and made me extremely uncomfortable. It makes me sad some people can be so condescending and rude in a place that is designed to let people heal. I hope he is one day replaced by a more caring and kind staff beneath him for the betterment of the facility. Besides that, I completely recommend FHE to anyone looking for help. I even pushed my mom to go to FHE, and I don’t regret it. Thank you FHE!! (Minus Scott).”
