“When you step inside, you’re transported to a relaxing oasis. You wait in the Zen Den until your room is ready. I booked the Space float You shower in the room before you go into the tub. The main light goes out once you’re in the tank and there’s a soft light in the tank that you can shut off or on as you please. It starts with relaxing music then goes straight to silence so you literally just hear your heart beat as you float on top of the water. You should do it completely naked but some people wear a swimsuit. It’s a private room with a lock so nobody else comes in. Then you just relax and float. Once you’re done, you shower again, dress, then head to the room where you can blow dry your hair with a Dyson and get ready. There’s even natural deodorant, body lotion, qtips, and hair leave in for you. It was awkward at first because we’re so used to being on our phones constantly or busy thinking about everything so just try to relax and enjoy every second of it. Your skin comes out silky smooth. They provide body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower that all smell so good!”

They have the best equipment I have ever used, they have instructors, classes, wellness classes, yoga, hot yoga, swimming classes, different memberships, you can sign in for classes on the app. I really enjoyed the pool and the outside eating area during the summers. I also like the women's locker room had several amenities as well as a private hot tub for women only.. I really enjoy my membership at Life Time”

“The staff here is well trained and nice. When it comes to patient care they are number one. The place is clean and definitely takes good care of me. CNA Nettie shampoos my hair and sprays me with body spray. When it comes to food you can always have healthier food. They give you options if you want something different . The staff from the office are nice. Patient advocate comes in the room and checks on me daily to make sure I am okay. The social worker and case manager are nice and makes sure my appointments are scheduled. Doctors comes daily. PT and OT are great. This facility is clean and tidy. There's always someone who comes and cleans the room. Staff are always here to make sure i am happy. I would highly recommend anybody to come here and bring their family member in need of this kind of care. this is a good place for them . All staff are friendly.”

“My love one was placed here without acknowledging the rest of family. This place is dirty, smells like urine. They do not take care of the patients personal hygiene. The nurse staff does not care. My aunt is not crazy they placed her in the 300 wing unit. The 300 wing is full of mental people that need care and help . The staff ignores the patients. Please do not bring your love ones here. I am seeking to get her out of this facility.”

“Go to Yelp to get the real reviews regarding this place. If you want your family member to stand a chance at survival, DO NOT SEND THEM HERE. They will die due to lack of quality care and a subpar facility. My mother was admitted here on October 10, 2023 after suffering a stroke in September. Initially she received care at Arcadia USC and was on the road to recovery. Because she was doing so well, Arcadia USC transferred my mom to Kindred Baldwin Park for extended care. Once she came here her health declined rapidly and she passed away 7 days later on October 7th, 2023. I failed her! I knew this place was a problem from day one. The place is filthy, smells horrible and the staff is incompetent. I have attached pictures of nasty hair on the floor and a nurse in the ICU busy scrolling social media instead of caring for critical patients. I tried to get my mom moved but once admitted I was told by staff my only choice was to take her in my car back to Arcadia USC. That was impossible since she was on IVs. If you do nothing else please listen to me and go to Yelp to hear from others. This place should be closed down. I miss my mother and am so sorry I failed her.”

“If I could give this place a 0 I would. Do NOT take your family member there. They are a nightmare. My aunt went there and they never helped her. We would have to have family shifts to go there and bathe her, take her to the restroom, change her bedding. They even forgot to feed her a few days. Using the nurse button makes no difference. She was there for 2 weeks and she seen the doctor one time after a week of me calling every day. As for calling daily I had to update them in correct medication to administer her too.”
