“The facility and staff at Woodward Hills Rehabilitation Center are outstanding! It’s hard to leave your Mom in someone else’s care but Woodward Hills made it much easier. David Nurse, Concierge, was our first point of contact. He has been kind and supportive throughout this time in our lives. And he is someone who follows through with everything requested of him. David is surrounded by experienced care workers, social workers, etc who work together creating a safe, clean and welcoming environment for everyone walking through the doors. “Rehab Center Review: I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Management is horrible & fail to let the family know anything about their plan of action for your love one. They're understaffed & patients are offen neglected. The facility is worn down. Broken beds, the walls need to be cleaned/painted, & no a/c in the room. The food was horrible & kept making my mother sick but they refused to give her any other substitutes.”
