“The reviews here on google are fake! Check Yelp if you want to see their real reviews. This place is HORRIBLE! My father was here for one day before I checked him out for his own safety. I went to visit my father and found him laying there in dried urine. I pressed the call light and it literally took an hour for someone to come. I had to clean everything up myself. They gave him a wheelchair that had someone else’s dried feces all over it! The room phone had dried blood on the side of it. 4 patients share one toilet that did not work! So feces began to pile up. Just walking the halls here you can see call lights being left on for hours and patients literally screaming for assistance. When I voiced my concerns to the staff I was told there was no one in charge! So I spoke to a nurse who was very rude and told me she had already clocked out for the day so it wasn’t her problem. I later learned of the open cases of elder abuse this place has. If you love your family member, DO NOT send them here. There are much better places nearby.”

The Case managers Ismael, Deb, Guirlie and Luisa have been outstanding in assisting with safe discharge plans and always go above and beyond in communicating next steps of my loved ones. I never have to worry about the safety of patients when in their care. I would highly recommend this facility and give it 10 stars if allowed.”

“I had a wonderful experience at PPR!! I was able to find myself again and grow back into my authentic self. I finally reached a point of feeling grounded once again. The staff was friendly, understanding, and supportive. My therapist, Mary, was one of the most positive, authentic, and on point therapists I’ve ever had. We accomplished exactly what I wanted and needed to work on. Kayla and Scottie were very helpful and wonderful at getting things done. They both were great at performing their roles in case management. There were many behavioral techs that were super compassionate and understanding. They made the process a lot more enjoyable. Darcy up front on the 2nd floor was always awesome and easy to talk to. I personally had a great experience at PPR and if you’re ready to get on the road to recovery, I do recommend going through their program and giving it your all! It’s worth it.”

“If the hospital recommends this place, don’t listen to them. This place doesn’t put on a front even in the patients first day. You have to have a kind nurse who cares and will check in you but most will ignore you. I’d like to especially mention Stacy as a very unprofessional and disrespectful nurse. Her practice is to yell and lie to family about patients. This place should only be your last resort. Doctors do r respond and the front desk doesn’t either. Please be wary.”
