“Hi, I am one of the resident hairstylist at Sunrise… I have been part of the facility since 2005!!! From the moment I got the position and still to this day, I love what I do and that is all due to the wonderful people/ patients I have been lucky to meet. The facility always clean, employees are nice but for me what I offer is love and kindness and the ability to make the ladies feel beautiful once again and the gentleman feel handsome! I wish everyone really understood how important our job is. I have made some awesome connections over these years(from people that were actually my customers in my hair salon before) connecting with many who share the story of their life, loss of children which I relate to. “I had a great experience at FHE from detox to PHP. My therapist, Lisa, was amazing. I felt like the staff truly cared and understood how difficult of a time rehab can be for a person. The food was great, the rooms and facility were clean and comfortable, and I felt safe to heal. Unfortunately, the only issue I had was with Scott Gallo, one of the program directors. There was an error in which he called me to his office to address. I had no problem speaking with him to clear it up, but he talked down to me and made me extremely uncomfortable. It makes me sad some people can be so condescending and rude in a place that is designed to let people heal. I hope he is one day replaced by a more caring and kind staff beneath him for the betterment of the facility. Besides that, I completely recommend FHE to anyone looking for help. I even pushed my mom to go to FHE, and I don’t regret it. Thank you FHE!! (Minus Scott).”

“My stay at Kindred was very good. I felt like going from Motel 6 to the Ritz Hotel....My needs were attended to promptly and the staff was great. Wound care was on the ball. Dr Stern and the wound care team made it happen for me. Grace from PT , I rank her #1. I really enjoyed the whole process. I almost forgot Dietary, the food was great. Kudos to the Administration team for being involved during my recovery. Justin, Daphne, Linda, keep up the amazing work that you are doing for your patients and their families.”
