“Well. Sure. World of Christ? But don’t be here unless you are an employee. Really. Lovely grounds but not for anyone who would use them. That is not sharing god’s or Christ’s message. That is being exclusive and is why it so hard for the rest of us to get those not raised in church to even listen to the word. :-( Shame on you. Seriously. Is the opportunity to plant seeds of god’s love. Isn’t that supposed to be the foundation of why you exist? Why take what god gave you and hoard it? There are reasons the younger generations think Christians are all elitists. 😭”

“Visiting family in town so attended during your VBX Sunday... as a current children's ministry director of another church out-of-town, I will say the collaboration it took with your ministry team to do what you did this week was amazing. I deeply understand what each part took and commend you on what you accomplished! 👏👏 If I had kids in this town, I have no doubt they'd enjoy the vibrant children's ministry here 👍”

“I come from NJ to visit family several times a year, sometimes for extended stays. I always feel the Holy Spirit at St Louis and look forward to getting to mass. Many churches in NJ are very liberal. They no longer have traditional catholic values.”

“Love my home Church! God moved my wife and me from Bethel Church in Redding, CA and planted us here. I know the Holy Spirit brought us here. Pastor Mark preaches the Word unashamedly and the Gifts of the Spirt are at work in the church. The worship is anointed and the team truly ushers in the presence of God into each service. Cannot recommend high enough. If you're looking for a home Church or just passing through, come on in! We'd love to have you!”

“Wonderful biblically based house of worship. They really care about the community and people. The Spanish speaking service is in a different building so be careful which building you go to. Celebrate recovery is there once a week. Wonderful program.”

Bethel Church

10202 Broadway, Crown Point, IN 46307, United States

“My best advice to anyone who is thinking of attending this church or who has just started to attending is to look somewhere else. There are better churches out there. I attended Bethel (Crown Point) for a little over three years (April 2017-June 2020). I wish I had stopped going sooner. There are some good people in the church which is why I gave it two stars instead of one. I think the leadership in the church lacks a real connection with many of the people who attend. I noticed this at first but it eventually became overwhelmingly clear by the time that I left. If your experience here has been a good one then I am happy for you, keep attending. Bottom line, save your time and money and find another local church, there are plenty to choose from.”

“I am new to IN - four months in. I have been looking to find a church where I would feel welcomed. A community where everyone is welcomed. I have attended the services about 5 times now. Creek was referred to me by the a close family friend. My ethnicity is Indian. I grew up in the outskirts of Delhi and I am a child of an inter-caste married couple. My mother is Punjabi Hindu, and my father is Protestant. We came to USA when I was 12years old and today I am 33 years old. I grew up in the tri-state area, NY/NJ. Being an immigrant, I understand the difference in cultures, mindset, religions (specially being that India has multiple different religions), not to mention a diverse group of people that make up this country. So, we have many different cultures and religions around us here in USA as well. So, when it comes to diversity, religion and culture USA is not any different to me than India. Both countries are rich with their own culture and traditions. Lead Paster Dan Hamel’s sermons hold value, ans I have taken a lot back from my few attendings – but this past Sunday Dec 10, 2023, very clear remarks were made “Christianity is the only religion where Lord himself came to Earth for his people and lived among them….” “Hinduism, Judaism, Islam – these religion did not have their Gods come to Earth and this is why Christianity is best religion …” please do excuse me, I did not sit and memorize Lead Pastor Dan Hamel’s exact words, but I did receive your massage. Please think how can a pastor to lead, A Lead Pastor? When did it become OKAY to say anything negative or to create a competition between religions. Many young families who have made the conscious decision to raise their little ones in Gods footsteps. I remember how we all took a moment to welcome and acknowledge all those families on stage with their little ones. So, these kids who are going to grow up one day are also going to teach their little ones someday – “Our religion is the best” “No other religion has had their God sacrifice for his people”. Are you serious about this? So, you want to tell me that Lord Rama did not go in exile for 13years for his Kingdom and his family and his people. He did not sacrifice his life, family for his people. Lord Shiva does not exist among his people. Hinduism is polytheistic – yes, we have many Gods we worship. We do believe that our Gods walk among us. Goddess Lakshmi – every time a baby girl is born – it is believed that newborn baby girl is a form of Goddess Lakshmi who has decided to bless the family with a baby girl – blessing of happiness and prosperity. Please excuse me, but all I see is an ignorant man leading a community. I was not able to sit through the service and missed communion – no communion should be served under this kind of ministry. Our Lord and Jesus himself didn’t have anything this harsh to say about anyone.”
