Dallas Texas Temple

6363 Willow Ln, Dallas, TX 75230, United States

“I truly love to see the temple! You have to have a Temple Recommend and be a member in good standing to enter the building, but anyone can walk the grounds. They're incredibly peaceful, and a great place for some quiet reflection and contemplation”

1000 Valley Crest Dr, El Paso, TX 79907, United States

“I attended services at this church on October 15, 2023. I had the privilege of enjoying a sermon by Shannon Nieman. I really enjoyed her teaching style as considering my religious background is not nondenominational. Her message was so great that I took notes. The worship service was great as well, and it is the first time that I’ve been to a church of this size.”

Laurel Land Funeral Home

7100 Crowley Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76134, United States

“Oftentimes, the silent occupants of a cemetery can inspire and speak to us in many ways. That's how it went yesterday when i visited the Laurel Land Memorial Cemetery, located at the corner of Altamesa Blvd, and Crowley Rd in Fort Worth, Texas. I drove around and surveyed the different ways family members remembered their departed loved ones. I parked under a tree and noticed a sign next to it that read, Veterans Garden. I contemplated how the many soldiers that were buried there had served their country in different wars, in different ways. What else could i say but uttered a, "thank you for your service" remark. I made a quick hand salute and left.”

Hindu Temple Of San Antonio
4.8
( 8 reviews )
Closed until 09:00 AM

18518 Bandera Rd, Helotes, TX 78023, United States

“It is located in a very beautiful place. The atmosphere was good and felt very pilgrimage. Annadhanam was really nice. However, it doesn't make it comfortable as a unique place. Something feels like private property. Temple is the place for stress relief and meditation. 1. Need a little bit of attention to all people. 2. Not only for the people who visit frequently, there are people who travel long distances to just feel home. Regardless, this place must visit in sanantonio.”

Saint Patrick Cathedral
4.8
( 8 reviews )

1206 Throckmorton St, Fort Worth, TX 76102, United States

“This cathedral is located in the heart of downtown Fort Worth, across from the Convention Center. I found out that this Gothic stylef structure was dedicated in 1892 and has been continuously used ever since. When i sat on the cushioned seats before mass, i could not help but become mesmerized by the magnificent altar, vailted ceilng and statues in the back with lighted votive candles. It is what i have envisioned what a cathedral church would be. I did not want to leave but honestly, i was able to quiet my worldly minded self and just able to contemplate a peaceful experience, even for just a few minutes.”

“Upon relocating to the vibrant city of Austin, Texas, my family and I embarked on a quest to find the ideal spiritual home. We understood the importance of finding a church that not only aligned with our beliefs but also provided a welcoming and nurturing community. Our journey led us to visit approximately ten different churches, each offering its own unique atmosphere and teachings. While these initial visits were informative and introduced us to various facets of Austin's diverse religious landscape, none of them truly resonated with us. We found ourselves searching for that intangible connection, a place where we could wholeheartedly invest our faith and feel a genuine sense of belonging. It was during this exploration that we stumbled upon Celebration Church—a discovery that would alter the course of our spiritual journey in Austin. From the very moment we stepped through its doors, there was an unmistakable feeling of warmth and inclusivity. The congregation's genuine hospitality and the palpable sense of community made us feel like we had found a family away from home. Celebration Church didn't just offer religious services; it provided a comprehensive and enriching spiritual experience. The sermons were thought-provoking and relevant, providing guidance and inspiration for our daily lives. The church's commitment to outreach and community involvement resonated with our values, allowing us to actively contribute to causes we held dear. One of the most compelling aspects of Celebration Church was its dedication to fostering personal growth and relationships. Through small groups and various ministries, we had the opportunity to connect with fellow members on a deeper level, forming lasting friendships that extended beyond the sanctuary. In retrospect, our search for the perfect church concluded the moment we set foot in Celebration Church. It was a place where our faith found roots, our spirits were uplifted, and our family felt at home. The welcoming congregation, inspiring sermons, and strong sense of community combined to create an environment that nurtured our faith and enriched our lives. Thus, without hesitation, we can confidently award Celebration Church a resounding 5/5. It's not just a place of worship; it's a spiritual haven that has become an integral part of our lives in Austin, Texas. In our faith journey, we have discovered not only a church but a true home.”
