“We stayed in November for three days at Lefay, and we enjoyed every minute. From the breathtaking Lake Garda view, to the beautiful rooms, relaxing spa area with plenty of excellent wellness services. The hotel staff and the service personal at the wellness/spa area was always very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was generous with lot of food options. The only thing we where not fully convinced of was the dinner. We where expecting more food variety and more flavor for dinner. But overall we really loved the place, and we will come back.”

“I would give this place 10 stars if I could! I bike packed here from Venice on a month-long trip and couldn’t have been happier with my stay. Apparently I was the first guest to ever bike there from Venice. :-) Davide and his front desk colleague were amazing and very flexible with my checkout due to rain. The service is impeccable, and the food is outstanding. From breakfast to 4 course dinners each night that would rival Michelin star establishments. Hands down some of the best food I have ever eaten. They had a secure bike storage in their garage equipped with an air compressor and cleaning area. Let’s not forget about the spa area with sauna’s. I will surely return! Ciao!”

Even though we just walked in and booked a room on the spot, they gave us an amazing room and upgraded us to a presidential suite for 2 nights free of extra charge! Food was amazing, service was even better. All the staff knew how to treat us with respect and kindness. Spa was also amazing. Only thing we would suggest is if they could add more comfortable pillows and if the ski room had lockers. One of my best experiences ever! Definetely deserve to be 6 star hotel and not a 4 star!”

I felt more like I was staying at a friend's private villa than I did a guest at a hotel. The grounds and view are breathtaking, Antonello and the rest of the staff are so kind, and the spa is top-notch. Plus, La Terrazza is conveniently located for accessing Assisi's historic center within 3 minutes while still being removed from the hubbub. I happily extended my stay here by another night.”

They have excellent spa facilities, a wide range of experiences and activities organized where you wonder why did we not stay 2 weeks. Beautiful views into the Dolomites. For car fanatics you can rent any sport car you desire or participate in the annual luxury car driving event here in September Kudos to the management team in place no 5 star Hotel ever left this great of a impression ….and give the chef his well deserved Michelin Star ….the food experience made the high price worth every penny …. My only recommendation to management: 90% of people in the income group that comes to your Hotel are Non Smokers - make the place smoke free and ban the remaining people to a corner in 30 m distance to all facilities! Every 5 star Hotel outside of Europe does this since 10+ years - only Europe is lagging and we always wonder why ?”

Our room was super clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety of fresh fruits, bread, pastries, cheese and meat. You can make your own waffles so it's always nice and fresh. We had a very relaxed stay.”

Village of Forio has a pedestrian area with a good choice of restaurants and shops.”

Poor breakfast, no Wi-Fi at the pool, very uncomfortable mattress- asked for a king bed and we were give two singles put together with no topper ( unacceptable for any hotel, especially for a 5*). Booked for dinner and only when we showed up, we were told we couldn’t wear shorts. They have no prices on the menu and staff is very cold and head-waiter was staring at our feet for wearing flip flops at breakfast.”

“Hosts were less than welcoming. The restaurant announced that the chef was not available, so items on the menu were also not. Would have loved to have known this at check in so we could have chosen options for other places to eat. Service was slow, and one plate was very different from the next of the same item. Private spa would have been amazing but the jacuzzi was the same temp as the pool, room temp to cool, and the fireplace and shower wouldn't turn on. No one at the desk the entire time to ask for help and the courtesy phone didn't work inside the spa. Grounds and rooms are beautiful but not sure we would stay here again. To respond to their comments... We tried to let the front desk know about the issues multiple times, even rang the bell. No one came. The lady who ran the breakfast this morning was wonderful and the breakfast was nice too. My partner was the one to do the check out so I could take care of the kiddo but at that point, there wasn't anything to be fixed.”
