I think the spacious facility creates a sense of freedom, but this is the first time I've experienced such a hassle getting around. Also, as mentioned in some of the reviews, there were a lot of stains that made me feel like the water area was not cleaned properly on a regular basis. It's not so bad that you can't use it, but I think it's not good for a members-only resort hotel. Also, I could hear children's voices because the walls in the room were thin. There were also quite a few voices from people walking down the hallway. Next time, I think I'll stay somewhere other than VIALA.”
