“We came here especially for the New Years brunch and were very disappointed. As vegetarians there was hardly no food, the live music was a nice touch however it was only ok. The kids were excited about the idea of a pool, but not being heated and having no changing areas near the main pool made it unusable. The service was also ok, startimg at the door it was just assumed you knew where to go, the Oberoi for example walked us right through and had someone always around to support. The 2 stars are for the amazing scenery at the location, truly well designed and a real Palace feel. I would not recommend this place if you're a vegetarian or if you're looking for the sort of pampered taken care of type of holiday.”

“Very beautiful entrance with fountains and views. I was excited to see such international facility. But then, I get out of my car and none of the 5-6 workers standing at the entrance helped me with the car door. I go through the doors and a worker run towards me not to say hello or welcome. He was more interested in harassing me because I came in with a dog. His attitude just turned my positive feelings into another Moroccan nightmare. The hotel is clearly announced as a pet friendly and service animals hotel. but the moment I came in was harassed by everyone in the lobby asking lots of unnecessary questions about the dog. It gets really tiresome to educate Moroccan about people with disabilities, service animals and in general customer services. Hotel managers and investors must ensure that the staff is properly trained to deal with international clients. After 45 minutes of interrogations and preparation of documents, we got to clarify expectations. We got to the room and it was absolutely beautiful. Observation and recommendations: pets and service animals are different, people with disabilities don’t want to be call attention to themselves.”

“Honestly I was very excited to visit but the minute I arrived I was greeted in a horrible manner. The security guard would not let us enter the hotel because we came with a taxi and made us walk to the entrance. He then screamed at the taxi driver and told him in a degrading manner that he’s just a driver and should leave immediately. Then when we went to have dinner, the table was decorated with dead flowers and there was ants on the table. The waitress told us that it’s for decoration and it’s normal to have ants! The food was mediocre for the expensive price and honestly I wouldn’t recommend at all. There was a horrible band playing music and it was very annoying. The only positive was the view and the location of the hotel. The manager was understanding and kind but I don’t think I’ll come there again. There is nothing impressive about it.”

It was a five star service from Mustafa. We got to visit multiple beautiful sightseeing locations on the way to the desert and Mustafa was a great guide in explaining about each place. We only did one night in the desert and it was a very comfortable stay in a camp. Our tents were luxurious and the site was beautiful with a stunning view of the desert. There were multiple activities available and we did camel ride. The scenery of the desert before sunset was unreal. We loved it despite the short time we had during the ride. The service of the staffs really made the stay an impressive experience. Everyone were polite and knowledgable. Highly recommend this tour to everyone. It was a very memorable trip in my life.”
