Joel, the manager, is a gem, always ready to assist and provide valuable suggestions. He even helped me purchase medicine for my runny nose, which was truly above and beyond. In fact, the exceptional treatment we received at Ruhe Suites Coron left such an impression that even after our stay, we decided to transfer to a high-end hotel for a change of location. However, I couldn't help but miss the warm and friendly atmosphere of Ruhe. The cozy feeling of being at home at Ruhe made it truly special, and it's something that was hard to replicate elsewhere. The contrast between Ruhe and the high-end hotel made me appreciate Ruhe even more. It's not just a place to stay; it's an experience filled with care and hospitality. If you're like me and miss the 'homey feels' even in a different location, you'll understand why I can't recommend Ruhe Suites Coron enough.”

From the very first moment we stepped into the hotel, we were blown away by the inviting ambiance, delightful aroma, and the warm reception from the front office staff. The check-in process was seamless, thanks to the efficient assistance of Ms. Alyssa, who not only facilitated an early check-in but also surprised us with a room upgrade to the spacious Premier suite. The bellmen were incredibly courteous, leaving us with nothing but praise for their kindness. Our upgraded room was a dream, impeccably clean, well-equipped with modern amenities, and even fulfilled all our special requests. The complimentary chocolates and the personalized birthday cake made us feel truly cherished. The multiple pools, operating from 9 am to 9 pm, provided ample relaxation and fun, and the direct access to the beach was a definite highlight. Although the breakfast was of high quality, we had hoped for a wider variety of selections. The exceptional service extended beyond our expectations; every staff member, including the guards, was caring and attentive. “this resort has the best beach- with its clear, turquoise waters and white, powdery sand. but amenities-wise? let's say giving it 2/5 stars is me being generous. we booked this room good for 2 for P2000/night. when we got there, the room was not even prepared- the floor was not cleaned yet and there were dirty towels and face masks hanging on the wall. the room smelled musty and the fan dusty. rooms have no own toilet and bath and no complimentary breakfast. toilets and shower stalls are located outside so you have to wait in line with all the other guests. the place is loud and seems to attract younger, party-loving crowds. with this experience, i think it's overpriced considering the lack of amenities and other basic services.”

We followed up twice and had it canceled the 2nd time. The server told us that the kitchen is already preparing the soup and could no longer cancel. We insisted on having it canceled as we're already done with our main dish.”
