“We did a little local staycation in one of the cabins and had an incredible time. The cabins are : pet friendly! Have a wood stove and they provide the wood and fire starter! Have private hot tubs! And because they are stand alone buildings, you don't share walls/floors/ceilings with anyone so they're blissfully peaceful! They also have well appointed kitchens (if there's anything you're missing just get in touch with the front desk), tons of towels and extra blankets, robes provided, cafe on site with snacks, tons of games and DVDs to borrow from the office, and of course the ocean is literal steps away (with lit access points, garbage receptacles and doggy poo bag stations). 10/10 would go again. Especially in the winter to take advantage of the hot tub and wood stove during our long misty nights.”

“Very good local restaurant. The seafood chowder soup was excellent. We also tried the squash soup, it was quite tasty. Unfortunately we got food poisoning the second time we went after eating the beet salad. That was unfortunate because we really liked the location. Staff was very attentive. “Great location, plus indoor secured parking is available.5 minutes walk to fisherman's wharf. Nice swimming pool. The Jacuzzi was not hot and with a limited capacity of 10 people. Always packed with people. For a 6 level , 2 building complex. While I was in the Jacuzzi, show lots of people come wait a little while,then leave disappointed. There is a separate Jacuzzi for kids, but the water was too cold. So no kids used it. They used the adult Jacuzzi. No ac in the rooms. We were there when it was hot, had to use a noisy fan, to keep cool. The front desk was willing to give extra coffee and soap upon request. Short walk to the inner harbor with lots of eating places, and activities going on.”

“My family and I just had the most wonderful week camping here at Twin Shores! The campground is clean and well maintained. We stayed on a premium site on the far end of the campground and I can say it sure was worth it! The sunsets were gorgeous! We brought our bikes so it was manageable biking around the whole campground and down to the swim beach. We also rented a Golf cart the last day so that was fun! We came to PEI to do some exploring, but it's hard not to leave the campground when they have everything there! They have daily activities always happening! Kid craft, chocolate bar bingo, wagon rides, golf cart rentals, beach treats, food & ice cream bar, cafe, and much more! I would recommend this campground to anyone! It was a great location! We will definitely be back next year!”

“I’ve been to Bandon and Sand Valley so I knew what to expect. Excellence in all areas. Golf, service, food, everything should be laid back not in your face (except the golf views), but very accommodating and always ready to help. This place was spot on and nailed it in every area. The golf is amazing, service perfect always, food excellent and just perfect for me. Is it tough to get to? Absolutely Is everything rustic? Yup but subtlety high end like heated bathroom floors. If you love golf, love to walk, love great food/drinks and atmosphere and spend little time in your room other than sleeping this is it. It’s completely perfect for that. If you want an easily accessible crowded resort with a pool, spa, huge rooms, etc then this isn’t it.”

“We only stayed for one night with our kids. Pro The location isn't far from the village and has a nice private beach. The staff was very nice. Has dinning options on site. The suite with kitchenette have all the essential like pots, cutlery and dishes. Cons The lodge is very outdated. Our room was dirty upon arrival, there was dust here and there and one of our toilets was clogged. The pool is dated as well, and did not look really clean when we went to use it so we stuck to the beach. All in all, it may be the best option for a family getaway in the area.”
