“The whole atmosphere of the hotel is nice. The lobby itself already shows the excellence of its service. Friendly, atmospheric, luxurious. While, yes, it was roughly 20-30m away from the city center, it still has a great connection with the bus, which is just a small step away from the hotel. The bar is well-stocked, and while I haven't tried the restaurant or breakfast, it still looks amazing and tasty. The staff was amiable, attending to all the needs you might have, even if it caught them off guard, by requesting a lower temperature in the room 😅😅 If I return to Zagreb, I'll stay with them again, for sure.”

“This hotel is stellar. From the moment i walked in, the staff were helping me with my bags and welcomed me warmly. Check in was very easy, and they even upgraded me to a better room with a balcony. I loved the view of the bay, and while the bay is public, as a hotel guest you get private elevator access down to the beach. The restaurant was fabulous; i had a lovely dinner the evening i arrived. Of the many places I’ve eaten at in Croatia, this by far was the best, as I’ve found a lot of Croatian food is quite salty for my taste, but the food at this restaurant had quite a nice balance of flavor. I definitely recommend the two truffle dishes, the gnocchi and risotto. The pool was nice and had a view of the sea, and the “hot tub” while warm was not actually very hot. The sauna was great though, you had a dry and a steam sauna. I took a massage as i had slept wrong my first night, and i was not satisfied with the quality as my masseuse used her elbows and it was very painful. The woman who i assume is the spa manager was asking for my feedback and when she saw me give a few 4 stars, she asked what was wrong. I explained everything and she said to come back the next morning for another massage. I was a bit hesitant about it, but the second massage was a lot softer and i was very happy with their level of care and service. The hotel itself is a brisk 15-20 min walk into the old town. You can opt for a bus, but it’s not very intuitive what the bus schedule is. I recommend you download the app as i was able to track the buses this way. Truly wonderful experience overall, and thank you to everyone who made my first time in Croatia and the start of my holiday so lovely and memorable.”

“Perfect location, perfect hotel! We spent 5 days with my husband in Miramare end of August and we had an amazing time! Great location- right in front of a nice and relatively quiet beach, it's surrounded with a lot of great restaurants and shops Friendly and helpful staff- everyone from reception to housekeeping was extremely nice and friendly with us. Rooms were cleaned daily and were spotless. Rooms are also very well equipped, perfect for a short stay. Breakfast was very versatile, fresh and tasty! Only thing we noticed is that waiters didn't really check if someone finished or got up to get more food, they would clear your plate, even if there was a bit food left on it, which shows their dedication and hard work, I guess. Facilities: from cigar room, to fitness room, indoor pool and jacuzzi, we tested it all out and loved it. We had the best massage we ever experienced by 2 Thai ladies within the wellness area, and they were AMAZING! You should definitely try! If we're ever in Crikvenica again, we will definitely stay there again!”

“The Hotel Odisej is in a stunning location. Rooms are basic but clean, with enormous beds which are surprisingly comfortable. As a base to explore the Mljet National Park it is superb and you can be at the small lake in 10-15 minutes. Staff are fine and breakfast is really pretty good. Evening meals lack variety, however, and not everything is cooked well, especially vegetables which are often soggy and overdone. If you like roast meats you will do OK. I recommend trying their own pizzeria a couple of nights as it is great and excellent value. The beach bar is also fun.”

(air conditioning in the room is not working properly although we set temperature below 10 we still feel like 28 degree, mold in the room, room smell of the pipe not really a pleasant welcome, only 1 power socket in the room which is not sufficient for long stay guests) 3. Beach has area for disability people (well thought) but all the pools in hotels area are not equipped for disablility :(”

“We stayed here 12/30-1/1 and it was amazing. Being here for NYE was fun, they had a whole event with an incredible buffet dinner and music. The complex is just stunning. The room with a view was breathtaking and being able to open the balcony door was so great. The rooms were clean and beautiful and the bed was amazing. The Staff and service was great. We called to get an iron and within minutes it was at our door. The food was delicious for breakfast and the dinner. They were very accommodating for gluten free options and the chefs all knew what had it and what didn’t. The location is a quick drive to town and perfectly on the coast making it quiet and secluded with a nice coastal walking trail. My boyfriend has stayed here before and we will definitely stay again if we find ourselves back in Pula.”

“This is a first class scam. I really don't know where to start. We waited two hours for our apartment to be cleaned (even though checkout is at 10 and check-in at 3), I don't know what it takes to clean a 12-square-meter house for 7 hours. The best thing is that the house was not clean at all, they just put new sheets. The beach is a disaster and probably only someone who has seen beaches from northern Germany can be surprised by it. During the day, the waiters meet around the island and pretend to be drug dealers (I'm talking about these "ours" from the region). Maybe it would be better if they clean up the trash and waste that is everywhere on the island. There is no cordiality at all. Urgently introduce expert middle management who will supervise the work of all employees 24/7. The pool is a potential source of new covid. Breakfast is a disaster, dinner is okay, here and there there is a dish that is really good, but the organization around it is zero points. The prices of everything on the island are absolutely too high for Croatia (read foreigners), it would be much better if these prices were followed by a service so that people know what they are paying for. FOR FOREIGNERS: for the money you leave on this bum island, you can get much better service anywhere in Croatia.”

“I haven’t stayed in the hotel, but have visited it over the years because of working close with the hotel organization. I have to leave this review because I was very disappointed. For a long time I’ve spent solely on Brijuni (almost two months), I haven’t had one cappuccino. I was preparing for that real cappuccino for so long, and at last, I went to Neptune to have it. I was expecting at least a real cappuccino at that fancy hotel bar. But, what I got, I couldn’t even finish. The “creme” was nothing creme-like, it was a cappuccino that you get in random place on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere. I understand this is not a big deal for some, but for me, it was offending. Please Neptune barmens, please learn to deliver proper coffee 🙏🏼”
