We loved how warm and friendly the staff were - from greeting us and providing suggestions when we spoke with them. The breakfast was delicious! From fresh pastries to a la carte selections. My only hesitation about the hotel is the smallness of the room. The bed was soft and perfect but took up most of the space such that one could not have two open suitcases in the room at the same time - and I even booked a standard sized hotel. I never felt unsafe walking around at night to/from the hotel. We didn’t have to try dinner but the dining room was positively buzzing whenever we walked by - a very good sign!”

“Unfortunately, this hotels lacks in service and quality in almost every area. Rooms: low quality. Poor lighting. Cheap, uncomfortable bed. Service: it’s difficult to get staff attention at reception, in the restaurant, or at the bar. The breakfast was particularly disappointing. Animal policy: the hotel isn’t pet friendly and doesn’t advertise this anywhere until arrival. I was told that the reason for this is because they serve food to people. This said, screaming children are free to run wild. If you are looking for value, comfort, or an international 5 star standard, keep looking for other options.”

“Guided by the position and by the view, we decided to stay here for 4 days. The receptionist is lovely, she speak very good English and she helped us with everything. The hotel is a bit on the old side and it need some serious maintenance and renovation. We were lucky enough to sleep in a newer room, so it was decent. When we arrived the bed was clean but the floors weren't. We went to talk to the receptionist and she sent the cleaning lady right away to clean, but even after that it still wasn't squeaky clean. The bathroom was OK but the shower was leaking water so everytime we would shower we would have a puddle on the bathroom floor. The view from the room is great but the windows need a serious clean, you had to open them to really see something. We also had breakfast included, it was good but it tends to be a bit repetitive. We had a late snack at the bar, and the food was not bad at all and the sangria was great! There is private parking available and there is always someone at the reception. The beach is very windy but you have plenty of sightseeing to do in the area, so we did not really had the time to go. The pool was very dirty too, so our daughter was very dissapointed as she looked forward to a bit of splashing around. All in all, it is a good option if you book last minute like we did and if you sight see a lot and do not spend a lot of time inside.”
