“The hotel was perfect for our beginning of the year's escape. The rooms are big and well equipped, the hotel is new and extremely clean, it was very nice decorated for Christmas, the SPA zone very diversified and well maintained. The breakfast was spectacular, and I can say that irrespective of how picky you are, it is impossible not to like it. The minuses or aspects that could be improved are the quality of the pillows, the limited options for vegetarians at dinner, and the very sleepery floor in the SPA zone. All in one, we definitely recommend the hotel, especially in winter.”

“Very nice place to enjoy and relax together with all family members. The beach area is not great, small and not enough sun-beds. Regarding food must be said that the sweets /cakes are average quality, fish dish must be improved. Italian restaurant is very good place for lunch /dinner (part of "all inclusive" ). It is a spot of difference above all. Pasta / pizza/cakes very good quality. Staff members need to improve their English and must learn to SMILE. Over all the 5 * ultra all inclusive must deliver better services than I found here. Enjoy and relax!”

Rooms are amazing, restaurants it is of high level, swimming pool and beach is exactly in front with bar and relaxing music. Views are amazing, and at night time everything is so magical. “Please don’t be fooled to think this is a 4-star hotel, because it’s far from it - from the food service and room experience to the staff attitude. If you already made the mistake to reserve here, at least make sure you are not in room 1006. We spent one horrible night in this room where there was a bad, chemical smell. Initially, we thought it was from the air conditioner and we reported it right away and their solution was an air freshener to help with the smell. We couldn’t sleep and woke up with a headache. In the morning we noticed it was coming from the carpet in between the two beds and went to the reception to tell them; they said they will send housekeeping, as the hotel was full and they couldn’t move us in another room. After breakfast we asked if the problem has been solved and the rude front desk manager told us he checked and there was no smell, refusing to come with us to show him exactly where it was coming from even though we insisted. Luckily with the help of Booking we managed to shorten our stay here, but the front manager insisted to give us a hard time until the last minute. Couldn’t regret more booking here in the first place. Regarding food, there were flies everywhere around it, staff didn’t wear sanitary gloves when handling the dishes, the options weren’t varied and tasteful. Again, not at all what you’d expect from a 4-star hotel and the price shouldn’t justify this. For similar price, we found a much better last minute accommodation.”

“The hotel is pretty nice, very clean, right next on the beautiful beach with own sunbeds, tennis court, bowling and good restaurant. Staff both at reception, bar and restaurant are very helpful and rooms are big, with smart tvs, great sea view and good size pool. The manager lady was there all day long, also ready to help if needed, always with a smile. Food was good quality for all inclusive hotel, fresh juice and espresso coffee on breakfast, salads, meats, fresh pizza during lunch and dinner. In overall great choice for your summer holiday in Bulgaria.”

“The hotel is OLD! You can always find something broken, that nobody is going to fix. It gives the impression that once it was built, many years ago, it hasn’t been renovated since then. You can NOT set the air-conditioning! It’s always the same temperature!😔 The internet is absolutely awful!!! It always disconnects and the manager seems to not care much about that,bragging with the fact that the hotel has good reputation, that they are fully booked in the summer and that already speaks a lot.😁 Moreover, it isn’t his problem that I had to work and go online during our stay at the hotel. It seemed quite rude of him to say that.😕 There is NO animation at the hotel, nothing! At 12pm all the lights go out. So, I wouldn’t recommend it for young couples, who are planning on having a good time. Oh, there is mojito on the beach, but it is served without lemon, lime and mint. 😂 There is no mojito in the lobby bar, though. There are just 5 cocktails that are all-inclusive. No warm snacks, only cold sandwiches and cakes from the previous evening meal and you can only find these in the lobby bar, you need to pay for snacks in the beach bar. The food is delicious, though. The waiters are doing their best, too.🙂”

“That must be one of the hardest reviews to write. The staff is amazing very calm,friendly and patient. We have arrived late but the staff was aware of our arrival so the food was waiting for us. A+++ . The food was traditional ( nothing modern or luxury) cooked to perfection. We have tried a few items and everything was amazing, reminds me of my grandma's cooking 🍳. The location is amazing, we had a room on the 10th floor with the most amazing view of the sea 🌊 and the entire resort. Unfortunately that is where the good experience ends. The main reason for choosing this hotel was the thermal mineral pool. The advertised water temperature is 32-36 on this day the thermometer in the water was showing 27. So the pool was cold the shower in the pool area had only cold water and the pool walls ware extremely dirty, changed colour from blue to orange from grime and dirt. Absolutely disgusting, my wife refused to go to the edges of the pool as she did not wanted to touch the walls. The entire building is fallen in disrepair, I have noticed two different rates for renovated and standard rooms. So it looks like some of the money are reinvested in renovation, I hope the management will be able to freshen this place up before it is two late. Such a shame 😞.”
