“I stayed at VIALA. The room felt new and clean. The grounds were spacious and designed in such a way that you could feel the majestic nature. I think it's a great place to stay in your room for a long time, but there are a few things... Anyway, the hallway was long and it was a hassle to go to the bathroom or to eat. I think the spacious facility creates a sense of freedom, but this is the first time I've experienced such a hassle getting around. Also, as mentioned in some of the reviews, there were a lot of stains that made me feel like the water area was not cleaned properly on a regular basis. It's not so bad that you can't use it, but I think it's not good for a members-only resort hotel. Also, I could hear children's voices because the walls in the room were thin. There were also quite a few voices from people walking down the hallway. Next time, I think I'll stay somewhere other than VIALA.”

Although it was cold at this time of year, it was fun to toast marshmallows while drinking cocoa for free at the Yamanoue Sweet Area in the evening. It's quite a slope, so I had a car pick me up from my hotel on the way there and walked on the way back. There are also two baths. Personally, I prefer the Goemon bath, which you can use on a day trip, but both have nice open-air baths and there aren't many people, so I was able to really relax. There are almost no amenities for day-trippers, but there are some within the building. I honestly don't know because I didn't really use the amenities in the room. It's a good idea to bring it with you. I was really looking forward to the French dinner, as it has a reputation for being delicious. The explanations of the dishes were accurate, and just listening to them whetted my appetite. The meat dish was cooked just right, and the dessert was full of chestnuts, making it very satisfying!
