“Truly one of the best experiences of my life! My girlfriend and I stayed for 3 nights and it was an incredible time. The staff are INCREDIBLY friendly and attentive to all of your needs. They make you feel so at home and welcome! The food was amazing(very great quality and feels homemade) the coffee and the fresh fruit juices were delicious. Going on the morning guided walks were something out of a dream seeing the waterfalls and swimming in the river. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. WE WILL BE BACK.”

“LACK OF PROFESIONALISM. We are a group of people traveling to Colombia for a wedding. Your hotel was highly recommended by Colombian friends and locals so we decided to go ahead and book our stay there (we were excited). Magically, all our reservations (7) were canceled because they were done thru Expedia. When we booked, we selected the option to "Pay at Check-in", we provided our credit cards as required. All of a sudden a couple of day after booking, we got an email that our reservations were canceled because of an "error in payments", why would they even try to charge our cards??? sound fishy. The message said to rebook and so we did... then again our reservations got canceled ONCE AGAIN. it is too obvious that this Hotel is playing games. This hotel prioritizes reservations based on how they were booked. This Hotel doesn't want Expedia Business. All reservations made thru Expedia were canceled except those that were booked directly. AGAIN, too obvious, they do not want to pay commission to Expedia. SOOO LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM and bad taste of our first impression in trying to visit Colombia.”
