“Nothing better than a hotel you can ski to and out of! The location is perfect in that way, and there's a ski wardrobe both inside and outside. Also nice outside area for tea but it doesn't get much sun and there's danger of falling snow. I think it needs to be covered with a solid roof and equipped with outside heaters of they want to attract passers-by. However we've now been there three years for Christmas and our experience has gone from bad to worse. This year prices have come down slightly but we were refused cleaning of the rooms, no toilet paper supplied or bins emptied for the five days we were there.. with a toddler in diapers?! Also the restaurant has gotten extremely expensive and they are skimming on the portion size, and the cuisine is more than disappointing. 90% sure that we're not coming back. Oh and there's a Yorkie terrier at reception who pees in the lobby!!!”
