“We had a thoroughly enjoyable family short break here. The wellness and spa area have had a huge renovation and the family that owned the property must be commended, congratulations. The vast, well groomed, and mature gardens are the ideal spot to enjoy the afternoon sun and take a dip into the thermal heated pools. The indoor swimming pool and facilities have been completely renovated with a lot of care and attention including several relaxation areas and a bar to enjoy snacks and drinks, the spa is wonderful. All the pumps and jets were functioning in the pool. We enjoyed full board including a delicious served breakfast buffet with Italian breakfast treats, lunch was served in the dining area along with dinner. Every day at lunch and dinner we enjoyed a wonderful antipasto buffet and dessert buffet. Each meal was presented with love and attention as well as perfectly portioned and well-seasoned. The food is traditional Italian with a wellness hotel affair including soups and consommé ‘s. Our suite on the newly renovated 4th floor was extremely spacious, well laid out, functional, super clean and very well designed. We could enjoy the terrace in the evening looking out onto the hotel’s gardens entrance. The room did run a little warm for us but for Italian guests perfect. Staff were always very well accommodating, extremely professional, courteous to our children and the head waiter looked after us very well. The hotel has mediocre Wi-Fi, a sheltered parking garage, small conference centre, e-car charging station, beautiful and historic public areas that are difficult to find in hotels in Italy today. To sum the stay up, new wellness and swimming pools with a glorious room to enjoy and comfortably sleep in. Highly recommend it.”

“Big complex located a bit outside Montegrotto (but you can walk to the shops - mainly clothes and shoes), in a parc with free parking. The room had a good size, bathroom also. Very small tv and not efficient Wi-Fi in the room, it keeps disconnecting you which is not compatible with professional work requirements and activities). We had half board and took the dinner. Very loud dinner room, we had more than 250 other guests all eating at the same time. The serving team are doing their best to serve the tables quickly and navigate through the tables with their trolleys. Vegetarian choice is very restricted. The food isn’t bad but it’s not gastronomic level. Breakfast buffet is large with nice choice, almost American breakfast style. For breakfast the guests have free access to the food, but don’t wear plastic gloves. Face mask are mandatory in the hotel at all time. The pools are large and there are defined times for bubbles and water massage. There is no promotion to save water and ecological actions with towels, but they give one tiny soap for 2 nights and 2 guests. For the cures and fango massage you need to go through medical assessment (28€). It’s definitely a 3*, trying to cope with large groups of guests. Free parking on site is nice.”

“If you are able to walk a kilometer and a half or 2 to the piazza, it is an outstanding hotel, pools are superb and service really fast I won't give it a 5 star because of the fact that they control the air conditioning system and decide when to switch it on, and i am convinced it has a lot to do with saving money, and we suffered for the first 2 nights until I put my feet down and they gave me a fan for the room!!!”

“Stayed here for 1 week in August 2022 The resort is very good and we had a nice time here. The whole complex is contemporary and well maintained. The 3 room Comfort apartment was excellent, it has everything you need. Very much a home away from home. Beds are comfy and great facilities throughout. 2 bathrooms one for the kids and one for adults. Perfect. 2 flat screen Samsung TV’s – USB allowed so we watched movies. The pool is very good but no shallow end – same depth throughout. The Gelato’s at the pool bar were excellent – 3 euros for 2 scoops, cone or cup. Table tennis and table football were enjoyed but sadly no pool table like Scerne or Bodrum. Gardens are still a bit immature and given time hopefully they will improve. No palm trees which we found odd ;P Beach is great, the sea is shallow for a good 100m out – waves are great fun to ride and jump over. Water was warm. Shame there are no motorised watersports, Damnoni and Bodrum much better in this regard. No kayaks either. Food was generally good throughout – we went half board at 768 euros for the week. Breakfast was croissants, eggs, cold meats, bread fruit and coffee / orange juice. Dinner was v good rump steak excellent – served with large pieces of shaved parmesan and rocket. Pizza decent and pasta enjoyed by kids .House red was good – chilled and 6 Euros for half a litre. Drinks are not included in half-board. Staff were very friendly in restaurant. Hapimag shop very small and expensive.. We walked into Lido di Jesolo town to the local supermarket, very cheap alcohol and water. Only about a km away. Transfers to and from Marco Polo arranged with Hapimag excellent, even despite being 6 hours late. Only negatives are the mosquitos – vicious. Got bitten 13 times on my neck on first night. And the evening entertainment is pretty dire, no musical bands or anything really just kids club stuff. Overall great – the normal standards you would expect from Hapimag – with the added bonus of great apartments. Probably the best Hapimag has to offer in this respect.”

“The resort is extremely well kept and spacious. The rooms were very clean and perfect for a small family. The nice patio furniture was cosy for relaxing evenings. I wouldn’t return for a stay with my wife, as there are far too many children for a romantic getaway. Perhaps they should consider a adult only section of the resort or are for kids over 10, to give people with older children an option for a “quiet stay”. As there are many small children, the food left a lot to be desired. Breakfast was a cheap, but sugar loaded, but a worthwhile addition to the stay. If you’re expecting healthy food, you might want to bring your own groceries and eat at your cottage. Dinner looked unappealing and certainly not worth the 40€ fee per person, so we elected to go out to other restaurants in the neighbourhood for better food and they were cheaper. The bike rental was a good addition, but their working hours are limited 9:30-18:00. The beach was fantastic and within a 5-10 minute walk. The bathrooms on the beach for resort guests were well kept and a nice change from the public beaches down the road. They don’t really enforce the “no pets” as there were multiple families with their dogs. Since I love dogs, I didn’t mind, but seeing dogs pooping on the beach multiple times made me wonder if it would bother me more if I had younger children playing in the sand.”
