“Nice hotel close to the beach with lots of restaurants nearby but still very relaxed and quiet. The reception and hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was super clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety of fresh fruits, bread, pastries, cheese and meat. You can make your own waffles so it's always nice and fresh. We had a very relaxed stay.”

“It’s not even a 4 * hotel. Poor breakfast, no Wi-Fi at the pool, very uncomfortable mattress- asked for a king bed and we were give two singles put together with no topper ( unacceptable for any hotel, especially for a 5*). Booked for dinner and only when we showed up, we were told we couldn’t wear shorts. They have no prices on the menu and staff is very cold and head-waiter was staring at our feet for wearing flip flops at breakfast.”

“Nice hotel all in all, with friendly personal. In my eyes, however, it should be no more than a 3-star hotel. There is nothing special that elevates this hotel above the other. Second disappointment: I had issues while booking. I had booked way in advance via Booking.com but I kept getting emails stating that my credit card was invalid (it was not). Every time I sent a message to the hotel, and every time they answered that it was all OK. But the next day I would receive another such message about the invalid credit card (two different credit cards were both very valid). Finally, a few minutes after having checked in physically and without issues at the hotel, I got a cancelation of my booking from the hotel via Booking.com. My guess is that the hotel wanted to save the fees they should have paid at Booking.com. I paid exactly the same as in my booking, but if I would have had any issue (noise, complaining, change of room, etc) it would have been me against them, since Booking.com was not involved anymore. This gave me a bad taste, so I wouldn't recommend this hotel.”

“The best! If you are looking for an All Inclusive experience in the lovely and welcoming Romagna, this is the place! The website tells you everything you need, but being here shows you that there is much more. Very helpful and skilled staff in every area: reception, restaurant, bar, maintenance, entertainment, beach and pool. Perfect for kids (we travel with a currently almost 2 years old baby girl), across the street from the comfortable beach, snack bag for kids in the morning, snacks in the afternoon for everyone, aperitifs before meals at the bar… The open bar is great, and all our experiences got the best bartenders (best coffee in the area every single time). Great restaurant staff, massive choice of food for all ages and taste, and it is all delicious. The entertainment for kids is a lot of fun, and the children are really looked after and involved in different activities. Well… enough words… come and try yourself!”

“Hotel does not provide airport shuttle despite listing as one of the features (i have tried to order shuttle before trip via phone and the answer was that hotel does not provide the service, and during stay i have tried to reserve transportation multiple times, but answer was that it is only available to train station). If you arrive by airport which is approx 5 km from hotel, you have 2 options taxi which ripps you off taking 45€ for very short ride and there is high chance you will not get it or public transport which requires either to walk with your luggage in +35 degress almost a kilometer or requires to change multiple lines.”

“We went 2nd week of June 2022, for a week and till this day my kids dream of going back again (which we will ). The food is a dream even for picky eaters. They have everything you could imagine and then some. The animation team is always available with fun stuff to keep everyone busy even the adults. We were lucky that at that period it was not yet crowded so we had a chance to really enjoy the stay, even the indoor play area was well kept. I found the mummy kitchen very useful since we had a baby with us. The management was always available for any question. The rooms are not big and the beds are not very comfortable but I guess that depends on your preference . I highly recommend this hotel specially if you have kids . The entire team of executive hotel makes you feel at home away from home .”

Hotel is really nice, with great location in city center, beach, all restaurants and bars are literally 2-3 minutes walking from hotel. Breakfast - amazing! One of the best that I experienced in past few years. Room was cleaned daily, every day was perfect! One of disappoitments was that apart from reception, nobody from hotel staff spoke English and they refused to speak in English despite the fact, they understood. One last thing if you are using parking, it’s not 50m from hotel as it’s said on booking, it’s about 5 min walk from hotel.”
