“This has become one of our favorite stops when we do road trips. The location is amazing-anything you could need is literally steps away. The rooms are very comfortable and always clean without smelling like cleaning chemicals. Parking is so easy-they have free valet, but also a HUGE, free, safe lot right out front. It’s pet friendly and they never miss on this when you tell them you’re bringing them along (bowls ready in the room with a free treat and bottled water, pup always greeted). There’s coffee in the room and the lobby and a table in the room with fun, for purchase snacks. It’s the staff, though, that makes this place so great and easy. They are always available, kind, patient…and we are dumbfounded as to how this is always the case here as it’s not anywhere else. One of the times we stayed our room faced the street by a church and we were worried about the noise Sunday for our newer rescue pup-they immediately switched our room and were so sweet about it. Yes, it’s industrial (it’s the vibe), yes it has a scent in the common areas (not in the rooms and the scent is never overbearing), would the lighting maybe be trickier or you’re a late Xer and up? Maybe? But we love the set up and not every style choice is for everyone that's why so many hotels exist, but THIS place is amazing all around in our opinion. Special thanks to Oralia and Olivia. “We stay here often and always enjoy the atmosphere and quality that comes with Embassy. The rooms are always clean and maintained. The restaurant/bar is also top notch. Great food with even better portions. The bartender, Jason, always makes us laugh and ensures that our drinks are never empty. Definitely recommend staying here!”

“CLEAN ROOMS! After several disappointing and dirty hotel stays in the past couple of years I am happy to say that this hotel was a big relief after a long day of driving. Clean facility, clean room, clean bathroom, and fresh bedding! We got a great night of sleep, had a good breakfast, and got back on the road. Could not be happier with our experience!”

“Save your money/Hilton honors points- Great hotel in a great location, but seriously lacking in customer service and cleanliness. We encountered several issues throughout our stay and not a single one was resolved or apologized for. Floors and shower were dirty upon arrival in both rooms. Room had no power on one side, so lighting and television did not work. "Sorry, we can not move you, we are sold out" was all we got. Needed towels, took an hour "sorry, we are sold out and busy". Wanted to eat dinner and enjoy beverages from the hotel on the outside patio and were told to leave because my daughter got a pizza from nearby, since their restaurant could not accommodate. We were told we would have to sit at the bar to eat/drink (but my 6 yr old wasn't allowed) or find a seat in the hotel lobby. Public restrooms were not touched for the 2 nights/3 days we were there. No toilet paper/paper towels. I asked to speak with a hotel representative and still no return email/phone call....... 5 weeks later.”

“My overall stay was delightful. Only one of the front desk people lacked hospitality but the rest were great! My daughter and I enjoyed our time. Only one issue with the breakfast area. A man asked to take food upstairs to his wife and the individual was helpful to him. I asked the same person the next morning for my daughter to have a plate taken upstairs and all of a sudden it’s forbidden and she was clueless until I brought up the other guy. Many eyebrows raised but anywho we ended up dining at a near by breakfast restaurant. It was amazing. Would stay again.”

“I booked a corner king room around Christmas and was very impressed. The room was clean, comfortable, and the view in the corner room was incredible! Be sure to get a higher floor room for the best experience! The bathroom was a good size, and the room had a small fridge, coffee maker, and safe. They had a huge Christmas tree and fresh baked cookies in the lobby. I used their valet which was $36 with in and out privileges. It was a great experience and I am likely to recommend to others and return. (Great option if you traveling solo)”

“Everything was great until the check out. I love all the special touches in the room. The rooms are big.There was a great greeting on the TV with my name. They even had Charmin toilet paper. They have electronic blinds. We were very happy with it all. The girls at the front desk need some customer service training though. They are not friendly and seem to do the bare minimum requirement. The app check out wasn’t working so I checked out at the front desk. I tried to buy a water for our road trip, and she could not figure out how to sell me a water so I just had to go thirsty. I’m guessing that water cost to the hotel a dime at the most. I’m a Diamond member; why not just give me the water if you can’t figure out a way to let me pay for it? This experience ruined what would have been a wonderful 5 star review.”
